Ciao sono Robert e voglio darti il ​​benvenuto a trascorrere il tuo tempo in Arizona, a casa mia, qui c'è Surprise. La mia proprietà ha un suono surround premium, elettrodomestici Samsung nuovi di zecca, caminetto, una piscina con cascata molto bella e nuovissima vasca idromassaggio Caldera e un cortile perfettamente aggiornato e mantenuto con molto spazio. La cucina ha nuovi ripiani in granito di alta qualità installati a partire da maggio. La proprietà si trova a breve distanza in bicicletta, a meno di 2 miglia, dal Surprise Stadium 'KC Royals and Rangers', The Aquatic Center e The Surprise Tennis and Racquet Complex * 2008 USTA Outstanding Facility!* Oltre a Community Park e Dog Park.(Quale caratteristica sand volley, tennis, pesca, pallacanestro, ecc?) C'è anche un mercato domenicale che inizierà il 19 ottobre dal 10 al 2. Vicino al White Regional Regional Park; ci sono 7 campi da golf pubblici e ottimi ristoranti a meno di 2 miglia. Lo stadio University of Phoenix Cardinals, la Gila River Arena (Concerti e NHL) NASCAR, il nuovo casinò Diamond e la West Gate Entertainment sono a breve distanza. Ho citato Beautiful Lake Pleasant perfetto per il campeggio e il divertimento in acqua con affitti di tutto, dalle canoe al mare-doos. Girls trip for tennis tourney

Rob was an accommodating and flexible host! Property clean, beautiful back yard. Used the hot tub, dipped our toes in the pool, otherwise too cold for our early April stay and we decided not to pay to heat the pool. Used the grill and had everything we needed for cooking/eating. We were in Surprise for a USTA tennis tournament. Property was a quick and easy drive to the Tennis and Raquet Complex, restaurants, and stores. Recommend to stay with Rob!

2024 40+ USTA Nationals

Had a wonderful time with my teammates at this VRBO. The house, pool, and hot tub were great. We finished 3rd in the country. I’m sure the hot tub had plenty to do with that. Haha. Robert was a great host. Very good with communication and easy checkin. Great house!!!

Tennis Nationals

I have played in Surprise multiple times for nationals and this property was perfect for a team. It was close to the facility, very spacious and all the amenities needed for a team. I would highly recommend this property.

Great Property

This was a wonderful property! The neighborhood was very quiet and the pool and hot tub were fabulous! The bedrooms, kitchen, and sitting areas were very comfortable and had everything we needed for a girl trip! I would highly recommend this property and I would definitely stay here again.

Just as described - Super clean

We were in Surprise for a tennis tournament and were very happy with the accommodations. Everything was explained clearly by the host. The home is very spacious, well equipped, comfortable and in a convenient location. We had a blast and everyone was so glad we did this instead of getting hotel rooms. Fantastic short term rental. Better than anticipated.

Amazing Property Close to Everything

The interior size is incredible. Seven adults had ample space to enjoy privacy and their own sleeping area. The kitchen had sufficient amenities to prepare meals. Coffee dependent individuals had multiple options. Three bathrooms allowed for our group to shower quickly after our tennis matches and get back out into Surprise. Restaurants and grocery options are within walking distance. After figuring out the pool controls, we were able to raise the temperature for wading. Paying for the hot tub was worth it. Our plans experienced an abrupt change. and we had to leave around 7:00 a.m. Cleaning instructions came after. We had done a few things on the list but missed others. My only suggestion would be to have laminated lists on the kitchen counter.

A great long weekend

Everything was as expected with the property. Good communication from the owner and was very responsive. Plenty of room for 4 adults who stayed at the property to have their own space and more. Plenty of room for entertaining and relaxing (4 sitting areas inside the home and 2 outside). Pool was cold (but could be time of year) but hot tub was perfect for a relaxing evening. Enjoyed the indoor and outdoor spaces. A quiet neighborhood and close to plenty of stores and restaurants. Would recommend and would stay here again.

Spring Break Retreat

We chose to stay at this property because of the backyard features, beautiful pool, hot tub, outside fire table. The home was really nice. The weather couldn’t have been more perfect. The only thing I’d suggest is more lighting on a few of the rooms, extra propene for the fire table (it was empty) so that was a bummer. Great location. Great pool!!

Everything was as advertised, very comfortable home, furnishings were very nice and the location was perfect. The owner was extremely responsive to any question or request. Definitely recommend if going to Scottsdale!

Great stay!

House was great, exactly as described. the hot tub was great after a day of hiking, so was the pool. Location depends on what you want to do. Robert was always available responding quickly to our questions (didn't have too many...), would highly recommend staying here.
