Inside, the home offers a bright open living area styled with warm textures, colorful accents, and comfortable seating. The living room centers around a Smart TV and includes a sofa sleeper for additional guests, making it a welcoming place to relax after a day exploring Tempe.



The modern kitchen features stainless steel appliances, elegant countertops, and everything needed for preparing meals at home. The nearby dining space allows guests to gather easily for breakfast before heading out or for relaxed dinners together.



The home features three thoughtfully designed bedrooms, each styled with vibrant bohemian touches, premium linens, and local artwork that adds character and a sense of place.

Set in the heart of Tempe, this home places you close to both the energy of the city and the charm of a residential neighborhood. Arizona State University is just minutes away, making this area vibrant and full of local character. You’ll find coffee shops, casual eateries, breweries, and nightlife within a short drive, along with Tempe Town Lake—a hub for kayaking, paddleboarding, and outdoor events. Mill Avenue, the city’s lively entertainment district, offers boutique shopping, dining, and a mix of laid-back and upscale nightlife options. For sports fans, Sun Devil Stadium and spring training ballparks are nearby, while nature lovers can explore Papago Park’s hiking trails and scenic views just a few minutes away.



Getting Around:

The location makes exploring Tempe and the greater Phoenix area simple and convenient. With Loop 202 and I-10 close by, you’ll have quick access to downtown Phoenix, Old Town Scottsdale, and Sky Harbor International Airport (typically a 10–12 minute drive). Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are widely available, and for local trips, e-scooters and bike shares are a fun way to explore downtown Tempe. The light rail is also nearby, offering an easy and affordable way to reach downtown Phoenix, ASU, and other metro attractions without a car.



Other Things to Note:

Pool heating is available for an additional fee of $75 per night or $400 per week. Requests and payment must be submitted at least 72 hours before arrival to ensure the pool is warm and ready at check-in.



All guests are required to sign a pool use and safety waiver prior to check-in.



Please note that while portions of this home have been updated, it remains an older property and may have minor quirks. If anything arises during your stay, we encourage you to reach out for assistance right away so we can address it promptly.



For safety, a security camera is installed on the east side of the home to monitor the yard access gate only. No interior cameras or recording devices are present. A Minut noise monitoring system may also be in use, which measures decibel levels but does not record audio or conversations. This ensures neighborhood peace while maintaining guest privacy.



Pets are not typically permitted. Exceptions may be considered upon request. If approved—or if a pet is found without authorization—a $175 non-refundable cleaning fee will be applied.



Unauthorized late check-outs will result in a $75 rescheduling fee charged by housekeeping. Please coordinate in advance if you need extra time.
