Pool is heated along with the hot tub! NO extra charge to guest. Pool will be cooled in the summer months. You couldn’t pick a better oasis that is centrally-located in Peacock Village . 🦚 You will feel as though you have come to a private retreat perfect for honeymooners, couples, families or by yourself for a recharge! Close to P83 with tons of restaurants, shopping, the stadium and world class golfing! Place has a tropical vibe that won’t disappoint! Grass yard for Crochet or some Cornhole. Has fenced RV pad. House is NOT eco-friendly for charging electric cars. Please you local charging stations nearby to charge them. Nest camera at front door/driveway and both gates. Contact me anytime at 253-970-7725.

Fabulous Property!
The house is huge and stocked with everything you might need and beautifully decorated. The pool is the perfect temperature and a great size. We didn’t try the hot tub as the weather was too hot while we were there. The covered patios and gardens are also lovely. Leah is a great host and we would highly recommend staying here 😊

Beyond Expectations!!
A group of 7 long-time friends stayed here and we cannot say enough about how this place was so perfect for us. Close to shopping and groceries plus the sightseeing we had planned. The backyard pool area was amazing. So completely perfect to relax and enjoy the sunshine.

Super Comfortable!
This house was super comfortable and absolutely spotless. The location is great - about a mile or two from every store and restaurant you could possibly want. We loved the heated pool and hot tub, which were ready to use at the moment we arrived.

Great stay!
We are locals but wanted a change of scenery and a pool for the 4th of July. We couldn’t have picked a better place. There wasn’t one thing we needed that wasn’t at the house! Leah the owner has thought of everything. From just about every kitchen supply, glass plates, plastic plates, some drinks and snacks, pool floats, air pump, hot tub, washer and dryer, pool, lights by the pool….the list can go on. And talk about clean!! Leah had great communication and checked on us to make sure we were happy. You can’t go wrong staying here!

Filled with amenities
The home was exceedingly well stocked with everything you need. From serving dishes to pool toys, the property was perfectly appointed. We had a great stay and would stay again when visiting Phoenix.

We enjoyed out stay
We were happy with our stay. The owner was very communitive. They let us know what to expect ahead of our stay. Master bedroom was beautiful! It was nice to have snacks and drinks for us in the fridge if we wished to partake. The light in the laundry room was a great guessing game to figure out. :) We recommend staying here!!
