Welcome to the Cactus Cutie, a stylish and comfortable resort-style private residence. This 4-bedroom, 2-bath home is nestled in a sought-after South Scottsdale neighborhood, minutes to Old Town Scottsdale and central to Arizona`s best shopping, dining, golfing, and hiking trails.

Guests will have full access to the home except for the garage. There is plenty of parking available in the driveway and on the street.

POOL HEATING

Pool & Spa Heating/Cooling is available at $55 per day with a 2-day minimum. Please note that 48-hour advance notice must be paid before arrival.

Feel free to contact us at any time so we can make the necessary arrangements.

EARLY CHECK-IN / LATE CHECK-OUT

Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 10 AM. These times are set to ensure our team has enough time to properly clean, inspect, and prepare the home for each guest. If you need earlier access or a later departure, the best way to guarantee additional time is to book an extra night before arrival or after departure, subject to availability.

QUIET HOURS / NO PARTIES

We kindly ask you to respect quiet hours between 9 PM–8 AM (city ordinance). No music should be played outside during this period, and voices/sounds should be kept low to ensure neighbors are not disturbed.

We do not allow any parties to be held at the property at any time of day.

Full acceptance of Property Rental Contract is required within three days of booking acceptance.

Must be 25+ in order to book.

A 5% payment processing fee of the booking total applies for any cancellation.

Occupancy & Use

- Do not exceed the maximum occupancy listed.
- Only registered guests are permitted on the property.
- No parties, events, or gatherings without prior written approval.
- Unauthorized guests may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund, in accordance with platform policies.

Noise & Neighbors

- Quiet hours are **9:00 PM – 8:00 AM**.
- Please be respectful of neighbors at all times.
- If management, security, or authorities are called due to noise, unauthorized guests, or neighbor complaints, enforcement-related trip fees of $250+ may apply.

Parking & Vehicles

- Follow the parking instructions provided for the property.
- Do not exceed the maximum number of allowed vehicles without approval.
- Do not block driveways, sidewalks, fire lanes, or restricted areas.
- Parking-related complaints, citations, tows, or service calls may result in trip fees.

Pool & Spa (If Applicable)

- Do not touch, adjust, or modify pool or spa equipment.
- If a pool vacuum is present, do not remove, unplug, or turn it off.
- Service calls or damage caused by misuse will result in fees.
- No glass in or around pool or spa areas.

Smoking

- No smoking or vaping inside the home.
- If smoking is detected and ozone treatment is required, additional cleaning fees of $500+ may apply.

Maintenance

- Report maintenance issues as soon as possible.
- Service calls caused by guest misuse may result in fees.

Lost & Found

- Lost items are not guaranteed to be recovered.
- Shipping within the U.S. requires a $50 fee, which includes handling and shipping.
- Payment is required prior to shipment.

Trash

- Follow all trash and recycling instructions.
- Excessive trash or improper disposal may result in additional fees.

Safety

- Some properties use exterior security cameras and/or noise monitoring devices for safety and neighborhood compliance.
- Do not tamper with or disable monitoring devices.

Rule Violations

- Failure to follow house rules may result in additional fees or termination of the stay without refund, as permitted by platform policies and local regulations.

Clean, close to downtown and nice quiet neighborhood!

We booked a last minute trip with my family to Scottsdale for spring break. The house was super clean and had everything we needed. We loved the pac-man, xbox, hot tub, pool and the amazing fresh lemons off the tree in the backyard! Entertainment for everyone! Thanks so much!
