Inside, the bright open layout centers around a chef-inspired kitchen equipped with a full GE Monogram appliance suite, sleek quartz countertops, and a large island with seating for five. A dedicated coffee bar adds a thoughtful touch for slow mornings, while the adjacent dining area seats ten guests comfortably—perfect for shared meals, celebrations, and late-night conversations.



The living room invites guests to relax with a plush sectional, Smart TV, and modern electric fireplace that creates a cozy atmosphere in the evenings. Clean design, natural light, and elevated finishes throughout the home give the space a warm and welcoming feel.



Sleeping arrangements are designed with both comfort and privacy in mind. Please be advised that pool heating is available upon request at an additional fee of $75 per night (with a 3-night minimum) or $400 per week. To ensure the pool is heated upon your arrival, requests and payments must be submitted at least 72 hours prior to check-in.



Guests will be required to sign a pool use and safety waiver prior to check-in.



This property strictly adheres to a Zero Tolerance Policy for parties and events. The City of Scottsdale enforces stringent regulations on noise disturbances, which can result in fines and the potential delisting of this property from hosting platforms.



For the comfort of our neighbors, the property is equipped with a Minut noise and occupancy monitoring system to help maintain acceptable noise levels. Please note that this system does not record sounds or conversations; it only measures noise levels in decibels.



A Ring doorbell camera is installed at the property for occupancy verification and emergency purposes only. No other surveillance equipment or recording devices are present on the premises.
