Amerai il tuo soggiorno in questa confortevole casa unifamiliare di recente costruzione situata nella splendida comunità del Golf Club Alta Mesa. Appena entrati nella proprietà, vieni accolto da un cortile privato. Aprendo la porta d'ingresso rimarrai sorpreso dalla disposizione aperta e spaziosa di questa casa, in particolare i soffitti a volta nel soggiorno. La struttura dispone di ripiani in granito e di un passaggio attraverso la finestra sul patio in cucina. Accesso alla porta francese al patio dove si può gustare la colazione del mattino o momenti di tranquillità. La spaziosa camera da letto principale ha un letto king size, accesso alla porta francese al patio, ampi spazi armadio, doppi lavandini, ripiani in granito e vanità. Le camere degli ospiti e il bagno per gli ospiti si trovano sul lato opposto del master per garantire la privacy.

Questa casa ha un sistema centrale e un nuovo sistema idrico H2O che fornisce acqua potabile da qualsiasi rubinetto ed è ideale per il tuo uso.

Absolutely Wonderful!

Everything about Alta Mesa was absolutely wonderful for our stay. It was well appointed and very comfortable. We really enjoyed the patio in back. The pool was warm and had nice areas with tables and grills. Well maintained complex. The location was perfect with restaurants and activities nearby and easy access to highway when needed. There is a small Italian restaurant and market, Dolce Vita, that has award winning Gelato they make. Only two minute drive or five minute walk. We would highly recommend Alta Mesa and look forward to staying again.

Wonderful house!

This house is welcoming, comfortable, organised and clean. The kitchen was well equipped and we had everything we needed. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay while we visited with family. The location was perfect.

Super property

This well cared for townhome was a great place to rest and relax. Convenient to restaurants, hiking and biking. The pool was wonderful and heated. Even though it was cool for our stay, we enjoyed it regularly. The beds we’re comfortable. Great storage and kitchen set up. Everything you could want (bring your own spices). The shower in primary suite was a bit wonky but fine for able bodied persons - it has a step down. We’d recommend this highly.

Fantastic condo with great pool & friendly residents.

Great communication and we loved the property! The unit was spacious, well maintained and very comfortable. We especially liked the southern exposure, high ceilings and view of the incredible pool. The kitchen was well stocked and there was plenty of space and hangers in the closets along with large dressers. It was nice to have a separate enclosed garage for our car. While in a convenient location, you will probably need a vehicle. We highly recommend this condo and hope to return again sometime.

Great Location

The unit was in a great location in the Alta Mesa community, close to everything. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable as was the rest of the furniture. There is a nice heated community pool and hot tub. The wifi and tv worked well with only one minor hiccup so all good.. One of my concerns were the unit could have been a bit cleaner as we had to do a bit of cleaning when we arrived. The unit could also use a little bit of an upgrade on towel, cutlery, and utensils. They all worked but they really need a refresh as they are getting worn and dated. for the price we paid to rent the unit. My biggest concern was the shower in the master as it is a sunken shower with a large step down into it that gets extremely slippery especially for the second person using the shower after the first. We bought a little suction bath mat and cut it to size to make it a bit safer getting into the shower. I just worry someone could take a bad fall in there. There is a bath/shower in the other bathroom so people could use that instead if they are worried about it. Just something to be aware of. Overall the unit worked really well for us and Pat was great to deal with.

Family Visit

The place was lovely and quiet. There were a couple of hiccups due to A/C and wall art, but the property manager addressed them immediately. Over all it was a wonderful stay and would recommend and even stay there again.

Great house

We came to Arizona due to my grandpa passing away. It was a spur of the moment trip so it was hard to find housing for myself, my husband, mother, stepdad, sister, and stepdaughter. This house fit us all and was very roomy. We were able to cook, do laundry, and the community pool was wonderful. Thankful for a beautiful house to stay in while we were on our spur of the moment trip.

Just what we were looking for

Wonderful location in peaceful neighborhood. Had everything we needed. Loved the huge back patio area with special lighting and view of neighborhood pool. Switches and other things are labeled (nice touch). Comfortable beds and furniture. Well equipped kitchen. Small step down from entry and master shower/tub is sunken. Hall bath is standard so there is alternative for anyone with mobility issues. Plenty of dishes and silverware but may need to use one of the two step stools to reach. Nice split floorplan with enough space and privacy for everyone in our party. Lots of natural lighting between skylights and lots of windows. Note: no door between master and bath with skylight so prepare for bright mornings. Garage not really attached but so nice to have and only couple steps from front door through private courtyard. Would highly recommend.
