It was not as quiet as other feedback said. We lived in Scottsdale and know how busy Indian School Rd is year round. therefore it's our fault for believing. there's a park and civil center nearby with music festivals which we did not know about. Otherwise the owner paid great attention to detail within the house.

Easter 2025 with family

As always, we thoroughly enjoyed staying here.This property is well maintained, has plenty of room and is well equipped with everything we need plus extras. Love the location, it’s close to many of the areas that we frequent, nice shopping, good restaurants and it’s a quiet place too. We love that it’s pet friendly and there is a nice vetaround the corner that we unfortunately had to visit. We were very satisfied with the care our doggie received and would not hesitate to use again. We will definitely continue to go back.Many thanks to our host Lindsay

Great location, well equipped

10 minute walk to Old Town. Shorter to the nice civic center area. Catholic Church on the corner behind the property.Unit was comfortable and well equipped with towels, coffee etc. Check out was super simple. Nothing to do but leave the key and head out. Would definitely rent this again next time we are in Scottsdale area.PS, if you are a giants fan, there spring training facility is around a 15 minute walk from the unit.

Clean Condo Close to Old Town

We were in town for Barrett Jackson car show but wanted to see other sites. Old Town was within walking distance with lots of shops and restaurants. Highly recommend EVO.Thank you!

Warm Thanksgiving

This was our second stay at this property and it’s still amazing! Beds are super comfy and bathrooms are large. Living room is spacious and the kitchen had everything we needed. We travel with our dogs and having the green be.t so close is incredibly helpful. So many great restaurants and entertainment close by.

Great time in Scottsdale

Had a wonderful time at this house. It was clean and modern and had everything we needed. We sat out on the back patio a lot and it was so relaxing. The location was minutes from Old town. Overall a great time!

Great Old Town location

Great location for access to Old Town and a central spot for us to get to family in north and south Scottsdale. The home was comfortable and clean and provided plenty of room for the two of us, including a nice patio. And the owner was very accessible and accommodating. We’ll look to stay here again on a future trip to PHX.

Beautiful house that lived up to its pictures and reviews. Thoroughly enjoyed our quick stay. Very close to old town Scottsdale and great restaurants. Everything you needed for your staycould be found in this place. I highly recommend it.

Great property in an wonderful location

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The house was clean with comfortable and stylish decor. The neighborhood was safe and quiet which we appreciated after a long day of exploring. Close to Old Scottsdale shops/dining and a short drive to Camelback. We even walked down to a bike path/pond down the road so my son could do some birding. A wonderful find. Just what we needed!

A few days in Scottsdale

Perfectly clean! Quiet neighborhood but close to restaurants and stores. Careful thought was put into making sure that everything you need is available in the kitchen and throughout the house. It is all set up to easily make yourself comfortable and enjoy your stay. House is more spacious than it appeared in photos and has a nice private patio out back. Easy access to the home and easy to work with the owner. Would definitely stay here again if I am back in Phoenix.

Perfect home in Scottsdale

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was fully stocked with everything you could need….all the conveniences of home. Location was perfect and easily walkable to the main attractions of OldTown. We highly recommend staying here and home to return one day.
