Located just minutes from Old Town Scottsdale, golf courses, spring training stadiums, and hiking trails, this thoughtfully designed home offers the perfect balance of space, style, and comfort for families, couples, and group getaways.



Inside, the home feels bright and welcoming with a clean open layout, modern finishes, and all-new furnishings throughout. The spacious living room centers around an oversized sectional and Smart TV, creating an inviting place to relax together after a day exploring Scottsdale.



The fully updated kitchen is designed for both convenience and connection, featuring stainless steel appliances, a large island with bar seating, and plenty of prep space for group meals. Just beside it, the dining area provides a comfortable place to gather for breakfast, dinner, or late-night conversation.



The home offers flexible sleeping arrangements designed for comfort and privacy. Two king bedrooms, two queen bedrooms, and three full bathrooms allow everyone to settle in comfortably. Nature lovers can explore nearby hiking and biking trails, while families enjoy easy access to local attractions and activities.



The Neighborhood:

With major roads like Loop 101 and Scottsdale Road nearby, getting around is quick and convenient. Grocery stores, coffee shops, and casual dining are close to home, and Uber/Lyft operate reliably in the area. Old Town is only a short drive away, and Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport is about 15–20 minutes. Whether you’re here to explore, relax, or mix both, everything is within easy reach.

Other Things to Note:

Pool heating is available upon request for an additional fee of $75 per night or $400 per week. To ensure the pool is heated upon arrival, all requests and payments must be submitted at least 72 hours prior to check-in.



All guests are required to sign a pool use and safety waiver prior to check-in.



This property maintains a strict Zero Tolerance Policy for parties and events. The City of Scottsdale enforces rigorous noise and nuisance ordinances, and violations may result in fines and/or immediate removal of the listing from hosting platforms.



This is a non-smoking property. Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the home, and a non-refundable $250 fee will apply if this rule is violated.



To support neighborhood harmony, the home is equipped with a Minut noise and occupancy monitoring system. This device does not record audio or conversations and is used solely to monitor decibel levels.



A Ring doorbell camera is installed at the front entry for occupancy verification and emergency purposes only. There are no interior cameras or recording devices on the property.



Pet Policy: Dogs are not typically permitted; however, exceptions may be considered upon request. If approved—or if a pet is found to have been present during the stay—a non-refundable $175 pet fee will be assessed to cover additional post-stay cleaning.



Unauthorized late check-outs will result in a $75 rescheduling fee charged by our housekeeping team. Please coordinate any departure changes in advance to avoid this fee.
