Bella casa nuova in una comunità più recente. Ottima posizione! Vicino alle autostrade Loop 101 e 51. 3 camere da letto, 2 bagni con den / ufficio. Tutte e 3 le camere hanno letti king size. Den / Office ha un divano letto. Ripiani in granito in cucina che si aprono su Dinning Area e Living Room. Gioca a Size Pool in Backyard. Barbecue e mobili da giardino. Pulito e accogliente!

The place was in a good location. The communication from owner was lacking as I needed to go through Vrbo customer service to have owner return information for check in. There are a few repairs needed as example: door to patio does not lock fully, lamp shade in bedroom broken, shades in back bedroom fell off and several light switches did not turn in any lights. There was a smell coming from master bedroom/ bathroom.

I would not recommend this home, in particular if you're traveling alone. I had to ask the host day of for the access instructions - I was told I'd receive this information 24 hours prior to check-in -, and once I arrived the lockbox was malfunctioning. I tried to contact the owner via message and phone, but he did not answer, despite saying specifically that he lived in the area in case of any issues. Vrbo support also tried to contact the owner, and was unsuccessful. I had to find another place to stay at 10pm because of the owner's lack of communication and availability.

Not sure how new "newer" is. Things were obviously aged and in need of repair. Location was fine. Tons of light switches, not sure what they even went to ( should be labled) back fan / light did not work ( or was on one of the many unknown switches) pool was ok, not sure how clean ( dead bird,(which had been there for a bit) in the filter port, and lights didnt work (or on one of the many switches inside). Did not see any instructions for anything. Living area really echoes. Overall ok.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The home was clean and spacious and comfortable. I loved being able to use the garage, particularly with it being summer during our visit. The neighborhood was quiet and easy to find. It’s located close to freeways and has easy access to the city. The pool was definitely a bonus too.

At least it had beds

Overall 5/10. Bedrooms were great, intercoms were great, availability of dishes and cookware was great. The pans overall could use replaced. Burnt or dirty. Some food on utensils in clean area. The blinds were broken and several slats are missing from multiple windows. The back door only has 10% verticle blinds. The pool light does not work and the plumbing is cracked. The safety lock is broken on the back door. A stick was used for security. No frame latch. Property gate latch is broken and gate does not close. Tv sound has bad accoustics, couldn't watch comfortable. Its just loud somehow. With all the empty space and no carpet. The pool water had way too much chlorine and the PH was very acidic and irritating to the skin and eyes. We couldnt even use it very long. I wouldn't stay here again.

Not bad but there's some issues

The house was pretty clean and nice but there were a few issues like 1, patio door the blinds we're missing quite a few of them to the point you can see straight through the house and every time you open the screen door it would come off, there were an issue with the pool area because there is no Lighting in that area so you cannot sit out by the pool you can sit at the patio by the back door but not the pool area pretty dark, the waterfall did not work and we had access to the barbecue grill but had to purchase our own propane tank, the outside lights by the front door does not work, and as far as parking there is no parking on the street what so ever have to park down the street where the green lines, mostly all of the blinds inside of the house needs to be replaced because there are some sort of damage or another going on with them last there was an issue with the cable the internet kept going off and you can only get it in one room the green lines are no exception

Spring Training vacation

Great location to get to all the areas around Phoenix and Scottsdale. House was clean and comfortable as advertised. Manager was immediately available to check on the pool for us. Great experience for a spring getaway.

Excellent choice for accessing North Valley

Perfect location for our stay. Clean and quiet, nice to be able to park in the garage. Would definitely stay again! Too bad it wasn't warm enough to take advantage of the pool!
