Enjoy our Pink Flamingo Casa! Located in Phoenix, close to Uptown and Biltmore, with tons of great restaurants and local shops nearby. This colorful, fun, stylish space was remodeled for maximum comfort and enjoyment.

Our home is fully equipped with everything you need to make a home-cooked meal. There is speedy WiFi, a flat-screen TV with free access to Netflix, Disney+, and local channels, and unlimited free Pac-Man + 11 other classic games.

There's also a stackable washer/dryer onsite. There is one spot for parking in the driveway, and free street parking is available. You'll love the historic neighborhood too! We trust you'll love your stay and hope you feel at home. Mi casa es su casa!

Nice stay

Overall, a good stay. Cute house. Landlord was very communicative and that was appreciated. Left a list of items that needed repair when we left that I was a bit surprised that the cleaning service didn't report before we got there - and the TV streaming was not good but we put up with it. Hope that issue was resolved for the next tenants. Would stay again.

House worked for us.

The home worked well for our needs. My husband really enjoyed the galaxia game on the wall. It wasn’t as clean as I would keep my own home. But overall it worked well for us.

A Pink Jewel.

A neat and comfortable property close to shops, bars, restaurants and the airport and freeway network so you can get anywhere and do anything whilst experiencing a traditional Arizona property updated to today's needs. Comfortable rooms, and modern decor to enhance the homely feel, thoroughly recommend for couples looking for a central location in easy reach of anything you might want.

Cute place and great location!

We stayed here for 5 days as we moved our daughters into GCU. It was very clean, good neighborhood and close to some restaurants and coffee shops! Short drive to GCU (15 mins or 4 miles). Brian was extremely responsive to a need we had and we will definitely be staying here again!

We had a great stay at the Pink Flamingo. The only issue was the wifi. Shows kept disconnecting. Connection speed was only about 20 mbps.

My friend I really enjoyed our stay at this cute little bungalow. It was a great location to the downtown and to a lot of the local restaurants and tourist attractions, The beds were super comfortable and the coffee and tea supplies were greatly appreciated If I were to change anything I would add a bath/shower rug and add towel racks in the bathroom. My friend and I would highly recommend this place and would stay here again.

Can’t go wrong

Had a wonderful experience staying here with my family. Everything is really clean and updated. The property manager was quick to resolve any issues and responded immediately. Positives -Comfy bedding -Restaurants in walking distance -Quiet neighborhood -Extremely clean -Plenty of kitchen equipment -Amazing gas stove Things to know -there is another house in the back, though I never saw the people. -washer/dryer is in the back of the house -No locks on bedroom doors Overall I give it 5 stars, you really can’t go wrong staying here for such a great price! It is also central to everything in Phoenix!
