Questa è una nuovissima casa su misura nel Estrella Mountain Ranch. Questa casa si trova sul 16 ° fairway del bellissimo campo da golf del Golf Club di Estrella, che è stato progettato da Jack Nicklaus. Vacanze in Estrella Mountain Ranch è l'ideale. Fai delle escursioni nel parco regionale, osserva le stelle nella Star Tower o gioca a golf al Golf Club di Estrella. Vacanze qui per guardare gli Arizona Cardinals, Arizona Diamondbacks, Arizona Coyotes o uno qualsiasi dei giochi di allenamento primaverile in giro!

Spring friends vacation

My husband and I stayed with another couple. Our impression of the home online was great but when we walked in it was even better. More than comfortable and well stocked with items in the pantry (spices, paper towels, and other random items we needed). The temps were just right for hiking and a bit cool for swimming but we jumped in the saltwater pool anyway. We really enjoyed walking the North and south Lakes. With the palm trees and water it felt like Florida. Great stay!

Great getaway!

Beautiful place! Pool and spa were relaxing and there are so many golf courses in the surrounding areas our guys had a great time golfing and coming back for a swim. Thank you for a great place to gather! The whole area was beautifully landscaped.

Best pool ... ever.

The salt water pool and hot tub were fantastic - best we've experienced in many years of VRBO rentals. Well heated for our February stay and easy to control using an app supplied by the owner. We have found, over the years, pools can be finicky, troublesome, complicated and downright frustrating - not the case here.House floor plan was great and the kitchen / living room area perfect for our needs. Check-in/out was smooth and Arthur was very responsive to our questions as well. House was well stocked with everything we needed. Being located on the 16th fairway of Golf Club of Estrella we did find an errant golf ball in the pool on arrival : ) but no more incoming projectiles during our stay. Quiet neighborhood as well.Really enjoyed our stay and hope to return in the future.

Gorgeous Goodyear

First time in Goodyear, my family had a wonderful stay. The home had a great layout, amenities, and the private pool and spa were heaven for us Northerners! The host communicated well and provided easy instructions to check in/out. Loads of things to do in the area and close/easy access to grocery stores and restaurants. Highly recommend staying here and look forward to visiting Goodyear again.

A Relaxing Retreat

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Arthur's lovely home. It was clean, cozy and well equipped. The pool and outdoor space were calming to look at though we did not swim. We would definitely stay again when visit Phoenix.

Didn't want to leave after 9 nights!

We stayed for 9 nights in November. Property was just like the listing. It was a large, open-plan and spacious home. The kitchen was spectacular - lots and lots of items were stocked - appreciated that. Master bedroom and bath were huge - walk-in closet was large enough to live in! It was very relaxing to sit outside - the pool, hot tub, fire pit and view of the golf course was lovely. This home was further away from Phoenix than we expected, but there were many options for shopping and restaurants within 15 minutes or so. It was easy to get around the area - the Estrella Mountain neighborhood has beautiful facilities and lots of nice wide sidewalks for walking. Having a garage to park in was very convenient. Arthur (the owner/host) was prompt and responsive to any questions we had. We hope to return next year - Really enjoyed our stay!

Paradise

Our expectations were surpassed from the moment we stepped inside this beautiful home. The backyard was so amazing and it felt like we were at our own private resort. We had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing week which was exactly what we needed. Arthur was super responsive to any questions we had and he was amazing to deal with right from the booking process. We cannot wait to go back!!!

As close to Paradise as you can get!

Having stayed in MANY Vrbo properties I can safely say that this was the best! To begin with: you could not ask for a more attentive host than Arthur. He was available throughout the entire process and very accommodating during the check in process. His property is beautiful, and you feel as though you ate in paradise. The pool, hot tub and the fire pit make the back yard a focal point. One can stay completely in the home without venturing out and feel you are at home and never want to leave. The home is beautifully maintained and the beds comfortable. We did quite a bit of cooking and the kitchen is well stocked with everything you need

Great place in a great neighborhood. House is clean. Pool and hot tub are very nice although we did not use them this time. Very accepting community. Best part is the owners. They are very responsive to any questions or issues. We stayed 2 weeks to hang with good friends who live up the road.

It's Much More Than a 10 !!!

My wife (67) and I (73) are young-at-heart professionals who wanted to flee the Boston weather for 10 days in mid-March. By choosing this homestead, we hit the jackpot! Arthur, the host/owner, is as terrific a person you're likely to meet in your lifetime. He's available 24/7 via text , email, or phone... and will do everything possible to make your stay perfect. He's an ace! There's a reason that the 110 people who have reviewed this home before me gave it a TEN. It's because... 1) The home is drop-dead gorgeous, modern, and spotless. 2) The pool and attached spa with an also attached fire pit is amazing... it was custom made and it's magnificent. 3) The beautiful golf course (16th hole fairway) runways down to the scenic mountain background... whew! 4) The chef's kitchen (gas!) with its huge island makes meal prep easy and satisfying (I'm a home chef... I know what works! ;-). 5) Everything you need for meal prep (utensils, pots, pans, etc.) are there. 6) Paper towels, toilet paper (all quality stuff) are provided as well as laundry soap, dish washing liquid, and most everything you'd need. 7) The living room is cozy and abuts the kitchen - open concept of living these days... great! Big TV in there is great for the chef preparing a meal to see the latest news or whatever you choose. 8) The master/primary suite will knock your Sox off (sorry, we' re Boston fans!). The king mattress and linens are top notch (think Hyatt hotels). Won't let me write more!
