Nestled within the heart of the desert, this incredible 3-bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home, designed by renowned architect Bonnie Tuttle, is a true Oasis in the Sun!

The single floor plan design offers unsurpassed views of Red Mountain and beyond. The soaring ceilings and dramatic walls of glass invite you into the open concept living room as you step through the towering front doors. The spacious chef’s kitchen is sure to please with all the amenities of home and more. The master bedroom offers more breathtaking views, a private pool access, dual vanities, a soaking tub, and a glass block shower. Functionality meets convenience with a split floor plan offering two additional bedrooms acting as their own junior master suites providing large private bathrooms in both.

The interior of the house is spectacular, but the backyard will captivate you! Embrace any Sonoran season in the backyard oasis featuring lush foliage, a negative edge pool with rock water feature, a bubbling spa, multiple open-air decks, and a built-in BBQ Grotto

MASTERS BEDROOM: Has double sinks, an extra-large bathtub, shower with double shower heads and a walk-in closet. King Size Bed, TV, ceiling fan, sitting area with amazing views. Access to the back patio via the room.

SECOND BEDROOM: The Jr. Master Suite has double sinks, an extra-large bathtub, separate shower and walk-in closet. King Size Bed, TV, ceiling fan, amazing views. Access to the back patio via the room.

THIRD BEDROOM: Full bathroom with shower and with large closet. King Size Bed, TV, ceiling fan.

Additional bathroom is full size powder room with sink and toilet.

The sofa can fit 2 people.

Pool: Estimated 5-7 feet deep

Living Room:

Large Ceiling Fans, AMAZING VIEWS. Extra Large reclining couch with usb plug in portals. Kitchen comes fully stocked with everything you can think of that you might need!


Large Formal Dining Room for special occasions.

PARKING: Large 3 car garage.

Stunning backyard to include negative edge pool, spa and waterfall feature. Lots of outdoor living furniture as well as a built in BBQ Kitchen.

IMPORTANT NOTE: We do not allow any parties. If people are intending to come in groups the outside area is off-limits past 10 pm due to our neighborhood. Kindly acknowledge this upon booking.

You can rest easy knowing your space is covered with $1,500 In “All-Risk” Damage Protection.
Although rare, accidental damage from guests does happen. Traditionally, this was managed via a security deposit or vacation rental damage insurance purchased by the guest. Both are cumbersome and often have big limitations in protection.
With “all-risk” protection, all accidental damage from a guest is covered unless it’s specifically excluded such as, but not limited to, normal wear and tear, infestation, or prior damage.
Relax and Enjoy: It’s vacation time, so enjoy it with peace of mind knowing that if an accident happens and damage occurs, you are protected under HomeSlice Insurance!

The city fines guests $1,000 for noise disturbances. Any noise violations incurred during your stay are your responsibility and are not covered under the damage protection.

House Rules
• No smoking
• No parties or events without permission
• Confetti and glitter are not allowed
•Please do not flush anything besides toilet paper in bathroom toilets. NO FLUSHABLE WET WIPES OR FEMININE PRODUCTS. Any items discarded in the toilets during your stay will incur a charge for the cost of the plumber's trip and service fees for time spent.

Please:
*No Smoking anything, anywhere inside the home and stay more than 15 feet from doors and windows outside.

POOL RULE: Do not remove the pool cleaner hose from the pool. Doing so will result in a $250 fine for damages

DISCLAIMER: If you want the pool and/or the spa to be heated it will be an extra $75 per night booked (each).

Setting the temp above 90 degrees will damage the pool equipment, and changing the temp manually during your stay will result in a $1000 fine.

This will need to be requested at least 48 hours in advance of arrival in order to allow proper time to heat it. The heat exchangers only heat the pool 8 to 10° above the average air temperature so if the air temperature drops into the 40s it's going to drop the pool temperature into the 50s.

Pool heat is not available from October 1 to April 15.

We are not processing a refund if the guest feels the pool is not warm enough to swim..

No parties, photo or film shoots (commercial photography) weddings, retreats, etc.

No lifeguards will be on duty.

Owners are not liable for any injuries sustained while using the facilities anywhere on the property.

Note: Security camera system is at the house for your own safety and for insurance liability reasons with the pool.

There are 2 cameras on the property. One is facing the pool in the backyard, the second one is at the front door facing outside. The cameras do not record videos but take pictures when movement is detected.

IMPORTANT: Please note yard/landscaping management occurs once a month and pool maintenance once per week. Days/times fluctuate. We apologize for any inconvenience these disturbances may cause… but keeping the home beautiful for you and future guests is our top priority.

Pool and/or Spa DISCLAIMER:

1. Pools and/or spas pose a risk to all Guests and their family and friends. Risks can include but not be limited to bodily injury including permanent disability, paralysis, and even death.
2. These risks may result from circumstances such as the misuse of the pool and/or spa by yourself or others, or the unavailability of emergency medical care. Guest(s) acknowledge and understand that use of the pool and/or spa is at their own risk. Guest(s) assume full responsibility for the safety and well-being of all Guest(s) when using, congregating around or walking near the pool and/or spa. GUESTS AGREE TO CLOSELY MONITOR ALL CHILDREN AND/OR OTHER GUESTS (ESPECIALLY THOSE THAT CANNOT SWIM) TO ENSURE THEIR SAFETY AROUND THE POOL AND/OR SPA.
3. Guests agree to comply with all posted signs, disclaimers and safety guidelines. ABSOLUTELY NO DIVING IS ALLOWED. Guest(s) agree to indemnify, release from liability, and hold harmless HomeSlice Management and Owner, including all Members, Managers and employees thereof, from any and all costs, expenses, legal proceedings, attorney fees, claims, or demands whether from loss of life, damage to property or injury to you, your agent, family or other guests for use of the pool and spa.

The Owner of this property will provide you with pertinent safety information, explain your responsibilities under the Fountain Hills Town Code, and expect you to certify your compliance therewith.

You must not use this property for any nonresidential or other prohibited activity or use, as defined in Fountain Hills Town Code Section 8-6-5. Any renter who causes, permits, facilitates, aides, or abets such prohibited use of this property shall be subject to a civil infraction carrying a mandatory penalty of a minimum of $500.00, in addition to any other penalties which the Town may impose.

The use of this Short-Term Rental to house sex offenders is prohibited by State Law and by the Fountain Town Code. The Owner of this Short-Term Rental is required to perform a background check on you and your guests prior to your stay.

Best View in Fountain Hills

The home was even better than the VRBO pictures. Everything was wonderful. I could write a lot about all the good things we experienced, but I must go directly to the best part. The location and views from this home simply cannot be beat. If this home is available, we will rent it every time we are in the area.

Absolutely Gorgeous Home

What an amazingly beautiful, spacious house, with unparalleled mountain views, comfortable and lovely furniture, and wonderful amenities. The private pool and spa were a fine delight, according us direct access from the balcony which adjoined 2 of the bedrooms, as well as the kitchen and the living room. This house is a jewel, and we will return next winter.

Nice quiet relaxing place to go for a staycation

The home was well kept and clean. The views were spectacular. The mister system on the patio worked amazingly well allowing us to spend time outdoors even with warmer temperatures. It could have been more clear about the spa not being heated unless you pay extra. Also, there were places for Sun umbrellas yet there were none on the premises. I would highly recommend adding them for the comfort of your guests.

Fountain Hills Paradise

This location is a little far from most amenities, but has a golf course that is excellent right across the street , everything else good is a 20 min drive. House is excellent, older dated home but in good condition , only had hot water in one room the other 2 bedrooms had warm water , The pool area is excellent great view of the area , in the direct sun , would suggest they add a couple umbrellas , one for the table up top and one for the pool area , overall still a 5 star stay
