The Space:

The outdoor grille and dedicated dining area provide the perfect setting for barbecues and dining under the stars. A cornhole set is ready on the lawn, adding an element of light-hearted fun to the mix.

The primary living room is a tranquil haven of comfort, anchored by a massive gray sectional couch. Vaulted ceilings with exposed beams give the living areas a light and spacious feel. The white-painted brick fireplace adds a touch of traditional farmhouse charm, while the dark wooden flooring beneath adds richness and depth to the space. Rounding out the living room is an eight-seat dining table with pendant lights.

The kitchen is a modern culinary delight equipped with stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar. Here, granite countertops provide ample space for food preparation and the wooden cabinetry offers plenty of storage, ensuring a clutter-free environment.

There dedicated game room opposite the living room that shares a double-sided fireplace. It is a treasure trove of fun with a classic Pac-Man arcade game, infinity game table and Wii game console.

Each bedroom and its accompanying bathroom exude their own distinct charm and sophistication. The master suite is smart and stylish with a king bed, plush bedding and a tufted headboard. The en suite bathroom features dual vanity sinks on spacious countertops, industrial-chic lighting, and a glass-enclosed walk-in shower adorned with marble-like tiles, for a spa-like ambiance. The first guest room features a warm wooden queen bed while its sleek bathroom boasts a neat vanity and a stylish, functional shower. Each of the two additional guest rooms showcases its own unique style, from rustic wooden warmth to sleek minimalist chic.

Outside, the living space extends to an inviting covered patio, strung with Italian lights that create an enchanting evening atmosphere. An outdoor grille and a separate dining area encourage alfresco dining, while the firepit surrounded by spacious seating offers a cozy retreat. The pool equipped with a heat and cooling pump provides a refreshing centerpiece for the yard, complemented by the lush lawn that's perfect for games of cornhole or serene yoga sessions beneath the towering palm trees. There is no additional cost for heating or cooling the pool.

This home includes four bedrooms and sleeps a total of 8 guests.
