This home offers the ideal location for couples and families. Make a splash in the private pool on those beautiful hot Arizona days. Relax in the hot tub, and enjoy the patio with all the outdoor amenities. Whether you are into walking the quiet and very peaceful neighborhood, or engaging in the activities at park. At night lookup at the night sky. We are sure you will enjoy this home. This may be a great fit for you. Be sure to keep your ears open for the sounds of the west. You may even hear the coyotes at night. A pleasant, southwest experience. Come and experience it for yourself. Consider taking an hour drive north on Sun Valley Parkway to spend a day at Mount Pleasant lake. There, most likely, you could view the wild burros, as we have. We also saw a coyote and watched as it ran around the water and can up to the road and crossed by us.

KITCHEN: Fully equipped, Stainless steel appliances, gas range, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, Ninja Airfryer/toaster oven, Keurig coffee maker, dishware, flatware, spices. Bowls, bakeware, pots and pans.

OUTDOOR LIVING: Private backyard, covered patio, outdoor dining table w 6 chairs, 2 lounge chairs w small table between and sofa. A barbecue grill, private pool and spa. Pool Heating at an additional cost. There are 4 adult bicycles and 1 child bicycle in the garage.
INDOOR LIVING: Open-concept, tile flooring, dining table, living room with smart TV, ceiling fans. Indoor clothes line as well.

DOWNTOWN PHOENIX (~40 miles): Arenas, events, museums, restaurants, shopping, golf courses, outdoor recreation various parks.
AIRPORT: Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (45 miles), Tartesso Sports Park is minutes away (walking) offering 3 to 5 concession food trucks every night of the week 4pm-9pm. Please note: There is no noise heard from these.
