We won't be back next year
The condo is described as a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit. Not so. There are 2 bedrooms but only one toilet and one shower. There are 2 sinks oddly placed but one sink is not conveniently located in relation to the bedroom. I was provided with an incorrect 4-digit code to get into the unit. The description of the door lock was incorrect. One light fixture above the island did not work. This unit leaked in the bathroom and in a small hallway whenever it rained and it rained 3 times during our stay. I informed management of these leaks and a roofer did come to the unit. I showed him were the leaks were occurring and he went onto the roof. No repairs were made to my knowledge. I asked for the code to use the garage door opener that is on the outside of the garage door but was not given the code. Only one remote was provided and this is very inconvenient when my spouse took the car to run errands and I wanted to use my bike that was inside the garage. I had to open the garage door using the opener mounted inside the garage and then walk around to the front door and close the door using the control in the garage and then walk back around to the front of the garage door. If you know what websites to research there are better places for a lot less than this unit. It is close to the facility that the Oakland A's play spring baseball so if that is a priority to you this is a convenient location. It would have been nice if a pizza plan and pizza cutter were provided.
