The second bathroom, located near the guest bedrooms, offers a shower/tub combo with modern fixtures and the third offers another walk in shower. All bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels, toiletries, and everything you need for a comfortable stay.

It’s a peaceful neighborhood with a suburban feel, yet still close to downtown Phoenix for all the city amenities.
Getting Around:
The home is 16 miles or 30 minutes from Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX). You can consider using rideshare services like Uber or Lyft, which are widely available in Phoenix. Additionally, the area is well-served by major roadways, making personal vehicle travel straightforward.
Other Things to Note:
Security: To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, and pass through our verification portal. Security deposit of $500 will be required before check in.
Monitoring: We have camera's outside of the home for your safety. It will be recording during the reservations. Tampering with these will result in a fine.
