Guest access
Guests will book the entire property and it will not be shared with anyone. Only the pool maintenance crew will enter the backyard on their set days and the guests will have prior knowledge in the booking confirmation. If other maintenance is required or the property manager needs to visit the property, it will be arranged with the guest in advance.
Other things to note
GRILL USE AND CLEANING:

Guests are welcome to use the BBQ grill during their stay. For everyone’s enjoyment, please clean the grill after use with the provided brush and supplies. If the grill is left uncleaned, a $20 cleaning fee will apply to cover the additional cleaning time required. Please let us know if you would like to add this to your reservation!

IMPORTANT RULES:

- The property CANNOT be used as a party or business event venue, unless approved by the host prior to booking
- No pets are allowed on the property
- Quiet hours must be respected between 9 pm and 7 am
- No shoes inside the house
- Smoking any substances including tobacco and marijuana is PROHIBITED inside the house. Their use is easily detectable and can lead to a $200 fine after check-out.
- We are happy to notify you that the front door is monitored with a security camera for your safety. This also means that we have records of the number of guests entering the home. Please keep in mind that we do not allow more than the number of guests you have booked for your overnight stay, and no more than 15 people occupying the home during the day.
- If you plan on swimming or participating in water activities at the Salt River or nearby lakes, please do not use the same clothing or towels in or around the pool unless they have been thoroughly washed first. Unfortunately, lake and river water may contain algae that can cause permanent and costly damage to the pool surface.
- The pool vacuum must remain in the water at all times. It can be gently pushed aside if needed but should never be removed. Taking it out may cause damage to the pool pump due to dry air intake. If the vacuum is removed but still connected, a $500 repair fee will apply. If it is disconnected and the pump is damaged beyond repair, a $2,300 replacement fee will be charged.
