Condominio recentemente ristrutturato 2 camere da letto 1 1/4 1 bagno condominio nella metropolitana nord-ovest di Phoenix, vicino al Cardinals Stadium e Peoria Sports Complex. Realizzati in peluche e speciali per il tuo soggiorno, tanti articoli sono nuovi e migliorati ... lavanderia a carico frontale, frigorifero full size con fabbricatore di ghiaccio, macchina per il caffè per Keurig o terreni freschi, rubinetto da cucina a discesa alto, nuovo miscelatore Kitchenaid, illuminazione / apparecchi a LED , grandi TV a schermo piatto, nuova doccia, pavimento aggiornato, materassi pillow-top, alcune luci notturne integrate e altro ancora. Internet e via cavo per il tuo divertimento. Ospedale e negozio di alimentari dall'altra parte della strada, oltre a ristoranti, fast food, grandi banche. Breve guida a Arrowhead Mall per ancora più intrattenimento e ristoranti / shopping. Pista ciclabile o pedonale (canale secco) dietro il complesso che percorre chilometri e molti parchi cittadini nelle vicinanze per passeggiate / escursioni. Molti campi da golf nella Valle del Sole, oltre a un campo pratica divertente (Topgolf) a 11 miglia di distanza. Il complesso dispone di una piscina riscaldata, club house comunità con tavolo da biliardo e piccola palestra. C'è sempre Sedona scenica. il Grand Canyon, le caverne di Kartchner, il Parco nazionale del Saguaro, la foresta pietrificata, il cratere meteorico, le città minerarie e il (piccolo) pickup geode, così come molti altri siti di rockhound nello stato per tenervi occupati. Owner met us on arrival and walked us through the condo and complex. Explained rules. Very helpful with local information, shopping, biking, hiking areas. Answered calls immediately if we had questions. This condo was the best equipped we have ever stayed at as far as kitchen utensils , cleaning necessities. Owner was very friendly. Would definitely stay again!!!

Condo was clean, supplied with everything needed, plus a grocery store within walking distance. Top of the line appliances and cookware. Quiet area. Enjoyed the pool and clubhouse. Kirk, the owner is a terrific guy. Friendly and helpful.

It was just as pictured. Very clean,plenty of towels. The owner/host was SO nice. Met us there to show us everything. There was coffee for our stay. He even bought some eggs. Cheese and muffins for us. Pool and hot tub were nice also. Definitely would recommend a stay

The property is lovely we enjoyed our stay. It is a 20 minute Uber ride to the cardinal stadium just for anyone that needs to know. For us this was not a problem it was nice to get away from the west gate area. Owner is wonderful

Great condo. Really well equipped kitchen and condo in general. Kirk was great, really communicative and also thoughtful. He got groceries for us because we were arriving Christmas Day. The location is close to lots of places but also quiet. Beds were comfy and had nice linens. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in the area.

Kirk greeted us with chocolates and let us check in early. He provided coupons and suggestions for our stay. The fridge was stocked with almost everything we needed and the condo was spotless. I would recommend this place to anyone!

This was the first time we decided to try a hosted property instead of a hotel. We were in Phoenix for the Packers Game and I needed a place I could prepare food for our planned hosted tailgate. I couldn't be more pleased with the Host or the accommodation. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need to cook any type of meal. there is even a Kitchen aid mixer, blender and large Crock pot. There is a new induction stove and a french door Fridge/Freezer. there are also new large capacity Washer and Dryers and he stocks the soap and softeners. There was never anything we needed that the condo did not have. The location is quite and in a good area. We were only an easy 20 min from the stadium and most of the places in phoenix we visited during our 4 night stay. The bed was very comfortable and I like that there were two sinks so my wife and I were not competing for space. Kirk is an outstanding host. He contacted me very shortly after purchased the rental and answered promptly whenever I had a question. He had laid out coupons for restaurants and stores in the area. There is a Fry's Grocery and pharmacy very near. He was always accommodating and friendly. Kirk in short is a five star host and we will definitely will be renting from Kirk on our next extended trip to the Phoenix area.

Kirk's place has been stocked with every necessity. The condo has excellent upgrades and sits in a quiet community close to grocery stores, restaurants, and local shopping. Kirk is an excellent host and will accommodate your needs and communicate in a timely fashion. We enjoyed our extended time in his place - no doubt you will too!

The condo was clean, quiet, and conveniently located. We were visiting Arizona for a baseball tournament. The condo was close to many of the major league baseball facilities, grocery stores, and restaurants.

We enjoyed our stay here. It isn't a luxury condo, but the place was supplied better than anywhere we've stayed and all the appliances seemed to be brand new. There is great value in this condo and I would stay again on a return visit.

We had an excellent and EASY stay at Kirk’s condo. There was just enough extra space for the kids to stretch their legs and sleep separately from us (compared to a tiny hotel) at a comparative price point. Super clean, extremely comfy beds/bedding/extra blankets. I was ecstatic there was a large fan in the bedroom for easy sleeping. Also DOUBLE vanity so space for His & Hers toiletries. Large motion-activated walk in closet made for easy luggage storage. Multiple tvs, washer dryers too. The eat-in kitchen had new appliances, stocked cabinets and Kirk saved a few local coupons so we could eat in the area at a discounted rate. Cozy living area, nice outside front patio for eating breakfast in fresh Arizona sunshine. Highly recommended VRBO! Zero complaints.

After reserving this condo on vrbo, we were immediately contacted by Kirk with details regarding our arrival. The afternoon we arrived, Kirk met us there and gave us information about the condo. The rental was very clean and well-stocked ; we did not need to purchase anything other than the food we wanted for the meals we planned to make. Frys/Kroger is located one block away and there are many restaurants close by. Fortunately for us, this property is located next to a paved and well-maintained walking path that goes for miles along the Arizona Canal Trail. We enjoyed a 3-4 mile walk each morning. The condo has TV cable and WiFi with download speeds of 168 Mbps and upload speeds of 10 Mbps. Overall, we would recommend this property to our friends and family.
