This home is designed for easy gatherings, whether you’re here with family, friends, or a group looking to explore nearby shopping, dining, and golf.

3rd bedroom with a queen and twin bed

Extra linens, pillows, and blankets provided for added comfort
Two full bathrooms to comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests

Outdoor Living:
Step into your private backyard, fully fenced for peace of mind and ready for days spent outside. The private outdoor pool is available all year and can be heated. Relax in a lounge chair, prepare dinner at the BBQ grill island, or gather at the outdoor dining table under the covered patio. The space also features a fire pit, outdoor kitchen, and seating for evenings under the Arizona sky.

Kitchen & Dining:
The well-equipped kitchen provides everything you need to prepare meals, from an electric stove and oven to a coffee maker, toaster, blender, and wine glasses. Cooking basics, outdoor dinnerware, and a dining table make it easy to serve both casual breakfasts and shared dinners.

Comfort and Convenience:
Amenities include central air conditioning, heating, a washer and dryer, and high-speed wifi with a dedicated workspace in a private room. The home is pet-friendly and offers self check-in with a keypad. Safety features such as smoke alarms, carbon monoxide alarms, a first aid kit, and an exterior security camera are in place.

- Kierland Commons & Scottsdale Quarter – less than 1 mile away for shopping, dining, and entertainment

• Pool Heating: Available from October 15th to May 15th for an additional $75 per day. Please let us know at least 48 hours before check-in if you’d like the pool heated and ready for your arrival.

• Early Check-In: Want to start your vacation early? We offer early check-in for a flat fee of $145, based on availability. Please reach out if you’re interested and we’ll confirm if early access is possible for your stay.
