Piscina privata riscaldata e spa - Putting Green - Huge Yard - Ottima posizione

Questo 3 camere da letto, 2 bagni di casa (il nostro 6 ° e il più recente affitto di vacanze con HomeAway / VRBO), ha ricevuto oltre $ 30.000 in ristrutturazioni negli ultimi tre anni -
con entrambi gli aggiornamenti del bagno appena completati. La casa si trova su un lotto molto privato di 3 acri di strada senza uscita, in un quartiere sicuro e ben stabilito. La grande sala e la grande camera da letto principale si aprono sull'enorme cortile sul retro che include un ponte coperto da 30 piedi, una piscina riscaldata con cascata e una spa (vasca idromassaggio) ..... La tassa di riscaldamento spa è inclusa con la tariffa di noleggio ..... la tassa di riscaldamento della piscina è supplementare. (Si prega di chiedere per i dettagli come la tassa varia durante l'anno.)

* È stato appena installato un putting green da 600 sf 3 buche (erba sintetica). Può anche essere usato come area giochi per bambini o animali domestici.

Tutte e tre le camere da letto contengono un letto queen-size. Goditi 3 TV HD con DirecTV, BluRay / DVD e WIFI. Tutto il necessario per rendere il vostro soggiorno confortevole, è molto ampia e comprende tutti gli utensili da cucina, articoli di carta e biancheria. Un sacco di parcheggio è disponibile in 2 box auto, drive-via e la strada.

La casa si trova vicino alle principali autostrade della Valle (I-10, Loop 202 e Loop 101), per raggiungere facilmente e velocemente la città. È solo un miglio da uno dei migliori centri commerciali della valle, con numerosi ristoranti, cinema e Costco. Due casinò, diversi campi da golf, un outlet e altri ristoranti e divertimenti sono a pochi minuti di distanza. E, è un facile e breve tragitto per Tempe, Scottsdale e il centro di Phoenix.

ABSOLUTELY PERFECT!

I honestly couldn't wait to leave this review. Steve is the best host, the house is absolutely perfect, the pool/spa is top notch and the 3 hole golfing green kept us all busy. This was our first family trip and we couldn't have asked for more. The house location is perfect and a simple drive to anything that interests you. Neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. We will without a doubt stay here again if we travel back to this area!

Wonderful Home

I just returned from a week-long stay. It's a great place to rent if you are coming to Phoenix. The house was very clean on arrival, and the furniture and bed were very comfortable. The kitchen was well-stocked and had everything you might need. I loved the pool! The house has a great location with many stores and restaurants nearby, and top restaurants in Phoenix and Scottsdale are less than 30 minutes away because of easy access to the freeways. Steve was an incredible host. He was very responsive and flexible. I plan to return on my next trip to Phoenix.

Lovely property

Had a great stay at this house. Comfortable, clean space and amazing back yard. Pool and hot tub were amazing. Owner was super responsive and easy to get ahold of with questions. Would definitely rent this property again.

NHRA weekend

Great stay

We really enjoyed the backyard including the pool, hot tub, and putting green. Beds were comfortable and the house had everything we needed. Steve was an attentive host and I liked that the “before you leave” list was short and easy.

Wonderful Stay for Family Wedding

Thank you for providing such a wonderful experience for our family. The communication with the owner before and during our stay was excellent. The house had everything we needed to feel comfortable and at home while we were in Arizona for a family wedding. We especially enjoyed the well-equipped kitchen, which made meal preparation a breeze. The backyard was truly an oasis – the pool, hot tub, and putting green were a hit with the whole family. My husband and sons enjoyed using the putting green, and I loved the opportunity to relax and unwind in the hot tub. The property's location was also perfect, with easy access to great stores and restaurants. It truly felt like a home away from home. Relaxing Week in Chandler

The property was as shown / described and communication with Steve was amazing. No issues entering the house or during the stay. The house was stocked with all the basic necessities and the provided directions for everything on property were clear and helpful. The street was very quiet and I had no issues. The only comment I might make is that the internet connection is/was a slow. Overall, the stay was excellent.

Oct Family Wedding Trip

Beautiful weather for October, but very glad we had the pool heated. Even tho it was very warm during the day, it definitely cools off at night and in the morning. Great location. Close to everything you could need on a trip.

Family vacation

We’ve stayed at several VRBO properties and by far the communication with the host was way above expectations. The host reached out to communicate well before our stay and during our stay to check in. The property was amazingly clean and backyard is fantastic. Pictures don’t do it justice. We spent a lot of our time in the pool and hot tub and played golf and cornhole. We would definitely stay here again.

Enjoyed our stay!

Very comfortable and clean house with all of the accommodations needed for an enjoyable stay. The kitchen was well equipped for preparing a basic meal. The backyard and pool area is beautiful. Despite the very hot weather, the pool was cool enough to make the hot weather bearable. The trees and covered patio provide just enough shade. I also really enjoyed the putting green. Highly recommend this property for a relaxing getaway.
