Situated at the end of a cul-de-sac, you'll love being in a quiet neighborhood that’s still close to a hub of activity. Head three miles to Arizona State University and catch a football game or other festive event. Speaking of which, the Phoenix Open and spring training are easily accessible for sports fans, while the Barrett-Jackson Auto Auction is sure to please car collectors. For a family outing, visit the Phoenix Zoo -- home to 1,200 animals, a petting zoo, and a narrated tram ride (three miles). Providing added convenience, Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport is only 7 miles away.

Inside, you’ll find plenty of entertaining space with two TVs and a pool table. In the main living area, a sectional and armchair surround the 50” smart TV. Gather for family movie nights, or make your way to the bonus living space and play a round of pool. This area has an additional 50” TV. The well-equipped kitchen features granite countertops and upscale stainless steel appliances, including a five-burner gas range. Serve up tasty meals at the dining table or perch at the kitchen bar. Relax in the shade of the covered patio, outfitted with a cushioned bench and two armchairs. Take an invigorating dip in the pool (which can be heated for a fee). Lined with a privacy gate, this area includes lounge chairs, a large umbrella, and additional seating. Beautifully landscaped, the backyard oasis features citrus trees, a gas grill, and a fire pit with chairs.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
