We were here a week. Nothing but trouble. Key cards wouldn’t work. Front desk staff very rude. The gentleman was very kind and professional. Kept asking to see or speak to the manager … never a call back, a room visit … no communication. Breakfast food very limited or not much at all. One day no yogurt. No toaster to toast bread, bagels … you had to use the microwave 😩😩. Property had transient folks … not safe. Go elsewhere. Last night Expedia helped me get out of our last night reservation with a full refund. We went elsewhere for our last night.

During our two night stay we were never sent someone over to bring over new towels, one of our family members personal belongings were taken out of their rooms and left out side due to false accusations from one of the maintance workers. The shower water also would go from boiling hot to Luke warm during a shower other than that it’s a good place to stay for a fast 2 night stay.

The first room they put us in smelled like some one had smoked pot in it. The refrigerator also didn’t work. We asked to switch refrigerators and they lied and told us they didn’t have any open rooms, then they switched us rooms. The fridge worked and there was no smell. The breakfast was poor at best.

The staff was very courteous and friendly however there wasn't enough chairs at breafast. The pool was dirty. The tables were filty by the pool and there was a broken pipe exposed by the pool.

For the amount of money I paid the room was average to below average. The place is run down. Dogs are welcome which is nice but not one person picked up their dogs poop. Maybe you should not allow dogs if this is not patrolled. My card was not working and the front desk had no idea how to reprogram it. have no plans to ever stay there again.

This property needs to be gutted and renovated now. Paint chipping off of the walls. Rust water stains below the sink. Drain plug in the sink would not raise or lower. Long black hairs in the bathtub/shower and on the shower curtain. Only to 2 wall sockets. Either had to unplug the microwave or refrig to use. could not use both at the same time. No guide on how to use Cox TV system. Minimal breakfast offerings. Waffles and red apples. No clock/alarm in the room. Pidgeon poop on the patio tables around the pool. Plaster missing on the outside around our door. Piles of dog poop on the rocks near our entry door. Short showerhead height in the shower Mid chest. No non slip coating in the tub. Shower curtain in shreds and it had mold on it. We would have left but we had a non cancellable reservation. Heard the person of me being denied on that policy ahead of me in the check in line. Wife had health issues with their room. PROS of the stay: Had hard vinyl flooring in room. No carpet to hide the possible dirt. Plenty of hot water. Close to the Mesa Art Center. Good air conditioner that we used to drown out the noise of adjoining room and the room above. Since we were in the end unit we did not have noise from that side. You could hear the fights going on next door and the stomping overhead. never Even a cousin who has lived 7 blocks from the motel for several years asked us if we really stayed there. We will never stay there again.

This property was filthy, had at least 20 cigarette burns in the bedspread, food and god knows what all over the walls, flying bugs all over the bathroom, cigarette burns in the tub, no hot water in the sink , holes in the vinyl floor, bugs in the bathroom light , dead bugs all over the lamp shades. The shower curtain rod was falling off the wall.

We had no maid service for the entire week we were there. No wi fi, yet the sign out front still was advertising that.

The bathroom light was flickering like a strobe light. I told 3 different men it needed replacing and nobody did anything. The shower nozzle was way too low and the tub spout wasn't sealed against the wall which means water flows into the wall. Think black mold.

If you are into hair (not yours) all over and under the bed linen and shower curtain, shower at 4'8" in height, no forks for breakfast,toilet paper roll holder behind the toilet and a gentleman with his dog flying his drone in the parking lot at night, this my friend is the place for you. Ou Never had to give a bad review until this place. The online pictures were taken 10 years ago on a sunny July day and do not show the current condition.

Definitely overpaid for this one. Our first room TV didn’t work and the smell was awful. Got moved to another room. Smell was a little better, but the room was not clean and the noise all night was terrible. We could hear our neighbor coming and choking and their dog barking at all hours. We refused to use the shower and the continental breakfast was practically nonexistent.

This place was dirty, the people next door to me were very loud and had a dog barking with them, they were constantly in and out of the room. staff was friendly, but that place was no worth the $200 I spent on it.

The staff were really nice, but the hotel is in a sketchy part of Mesa. The rate for the room was affordable compared to other near by places to stay. There was no hot water, and we were told someone would fix our refrigerator but it never happened.

The hotel is very old and in a need of upgrades. The tub water didn’t flush down properly and water was backed up. The breakfast was below continental standard breakfast. As we were getting ready to leave other person came in and was complaining that he didn’t have hot water. The neighborhood was not the greatest.

We could hear the neighbors talking after 11:00 while we were trying to sleep. There wasn't much for breakfast if you didn't want a waffle or a bowl of fruit loops. The shower was nice and hot and the bed was comfortable.

Checked in 2 hours before listed time. Charged $30 for early check in. Assigned a room at the rear of the property. Partially unpacked and decided to check email, no internet. Called the desk, no answer. Walked to the office and reported no internet. Oh, we’ve been having problems. Checked and found a different room with internet. Drove to the other end of the property, checked, no internet. Finally found a third room, had internet and moved there. Walls were in disrepair and needed a good cleaning. Noisy all night, light rail passing by rattled the whole room. Plumbing noises were horrible. I would sleep in my car before I’d stay here!

Very dirty and old. Had hair and small pieces of paper in sheets. Mattress was discolored on the side od it. It looked like someone had puked and housekeeping tried to steam clean. Ironing board had eyeliner slasked across it. Furniture was beat up. Building outside was very dirty.

We checked out after our first night. The room was dirty. Visible dust on the ceiling and walls, the floors were tacky and visible mud along the walls. The air conditioner vents were caked with mud. We cleaned them. But it was horrible. There were visible markings on the walls and doors where previously people had broken into the bathroom and the main door on the room. Not safe!!! We apologized to the staff for leaving and asked for a refund for our second night.

You get what you pay for. The property is clean just need to keep up with the maintenance. Our room smelled like sweat. The TV remote control was not working. Their staff was really friendly & helpful.

This is the worst place I have ever stayed. It was disgusting…..holes in the sheets from people smoking on bed. The mattress was beyond disgusting…..stains and not just small stains but stains all along the side of the mattress. Water pressure was horrible. AGAIN, this was the worst place ever!!!!
