We just returned from 10 days at the property. The property met our expectations and was consistent with the description. It was very well stocked! The location was wonderful and convenient. The only reason for 4 stars vs 5 was a bit of initial communication problems. We were not provided a gate code to enter the complex. We had to wait outside the complex until another vehicle entered and we were then able to enter. I tried several times to call every number provided but could not get an actual person, only an option to leave a message (which I did). I also sent messages through the VRBO booking. We received no response until later the next day. We took our chances leaving the complex the next day, hoping we would receive the gate code before our return. It was not until I called and left another voice message on day 2 about (1) the gate code and (2) the fact that the air conditioning was not working before I received a call back. I only put this in to ensure future guests get the gate code as well as the unit door code before arriving. After the initial communication issue, everything else was excellent. There was a repair man in to look at the air within a few hours. The repair company was great. The unit could not be repaired until the next day but portable air conditioning units were placed in the unit. These worked great until the air could be fixed. I would definitely stay again.
