Desert Sunshine + Snowbird + Spring Training

You will LOVE the quiet, friendly and active 55+ adult community of Sun City!

You will appreciate YOUR OWN RESORT with PRIVATE POOL. The resort style 5' play pool, with Baja ledge, accommodates two loungers in the water!

ENJOY the beautiful blue sky from sunrise to sunset. The sky is ever changing in the back and front yard at sunset. It is simply SPECTACULAR!

Feel right at home with ALL NEW EVERYTHING!
From two King size bedrooms with spa-like showers to the high end kitchen and reclining leather sofas w/USB, two smart TV's, to the outdoor Webber and amazing pool outside. You have it all! And don't forget to make your morning smoothies and happy hour margarita with the Ninja!

At least one guest must be 55+ to book.
(Gov't ID and signed pool use waiver(s) are required to obtain access prior to check in. Thank you kindly!)

Check In instructions provided 5 days prior to arrival. Streaming services available. Guests must use their own accounts.

30+Nights Guests: You can choose to join the Sun City Recreation Centers for $75/mo (55+ ID & an affidavit required-ask host). You will have access to 7 recreation centers to: exercise, swim, lawn bowl, play pickle ball, tennis, paddleboat, fish, put put golf or take an art or metal class! 8 courses to golf at a discounted rate. (This is not mandatory and at your own initiation).

Children 10-18yrs are welcome for a short visit with host approval. BE ADVISED- the pool is NOT fenced separately. Swim at your own risk. Please inquire further with host.

Jan-Feb: enjoy fresh squeezed orange juice with oranges from our own tree!

Spring time: LOOK UP! There are hot air balloons visible on your evening walk. What a spectacular sight!

Very pleasant to work and play from sun city while we did some house hunting! Perfectly furnished, well appointed kitchen, wonderful pool. The owners thought of everything. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Fun in the sun

Recreation centers in Sun City provide all the activities you could ask for. Many other opportunities to hike, bike, shop and eat out. Nice neighborhood and fresh fruit on orange tree in yard and neighbors happy to share as well. Great trip!

Great getaway in Sun City

The house was absolutely beautiful! It was very clean and very comfortable. The pool was great, with a nice covered patio. We spent a lot of time on the patio. We also did a lot of cooking, everything you needed was there and nicely labelled! We went to visit my dad and I could walk to his house for coffee in the morning. We had a great visit. Our host was also super nice and very easy to communicate with! We will definitely use this property again!

Beautiful, Conveniently Located, and Well Organized Home!

This is such a beautiful and clean home. It had everything we needed. We enjoyed Spring Training, a trip to the Grand Canyon (spectacular), lightening storms, and beautiful sunsets. We took walks each morning and every neighbor we encountered is so friendly. The weather wasn't ideal for a few days but on our final day we were able to enjoy the pool and relax outside. The owner has everything labeled so it's super easy to return things (especially in the kitchen) to where they belong. We hope to come back soon! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Great place in Sun City

My husband and I stayed here for 5 weeks in Feb/Mar. The house is nicely remodeled 2/2 with a wading pool. It is nicely furnished with comfortable king size beds, living room recliner couches and a well stocked kitchen (utensils) for groups of 2-6. Because we stayed 30+ days, we were able to buy passes for the Sun City recreation centers and golf courses. The house is conveniently located near these and many great restaurants We would definitely stay here again .

A little piece of heaven

Decorated beautifully, comfortable and inviting. Stocked with everything we needed. Perfect, peaceful neighborhood and great pool area. The neighbor across the fence even gave us a huge bag of tangelos. Already booked our stay for next year.
