If you're looking for a spacious home with plenty to do, a beautiful backyard, and a great location, this 8-bedroom, 5.5-bathroom home has it all!

Four bedrooms have their own private bathrooms, which is a huge plus for larger groups. We've also recently installed a commercial-grade tankless water heater, so you'll have unlimited hot water!

The home is in Peoria, Arizona, close to State Farm Stadium, Westgate Entertainment District, Arrowhead Mall, Desert Diamond Casino, Peoria Sports Complex, and Topgolf, all within about 15 minutes.

You're also about 10 minutes from Six Flags Waterpark and Desert Mirage Golf Course. Lake Pleasant is a great option for boating, and Peoria Sports Complex hosts Spring Training for the Seattle Mariners and San Diego Padres.

Westgate has over 30 bars and restaurants, along with shopping and entertainment. State Farm Stadium, a $142 million venue, is home to the Arizona Cardinals and hosts major sporting events and concerts.

Game Room & Entertainment

The game room is another guest favorite! It includes a billiards table, 2 arcade games (Golden Tee and NBA Jam), 2 pub tables, a comfortable lounge area, and a 70-inch TV.

We also provide board and card games, including Monopoly, Apples to Apples, Poker, Chess, Playing Cards, Cards Against Humanity, and What Do You Meme.

There are 11 TVs throughout the home, including Smart TVs with cable in every bedroom. The family room, primary bedroom, and game room each have a 70-inch TV. There's also a 55-inch TV outside.

You'll have Wi-Fi throughout the property and convenient 24-hour self check-in using a smart lock, so there's no key to worry about.

The home is family-friendly, with a playpen, high chairs, and plenty of games.

Beautiful Kitchen & Bathrooms

The kitchen is perfect for preparing meals and spending time together. It features a custom quartz waterfall table with seating for 12, built-in Samsung stainless steel appliances, and a 36-inch GE Profile gas cooktop.

All 5.5 bathrooms feature beautiful custom tile and rainfall showerheads.

Four bedrooms have private en-suite bathrooms. The primary bathroom also has a beautiful black soaking tub.

Every bedroom includes hotel-quality mattresses and sheets, a Smart TV with cable, and USB charging outlets next to the lamps. The USB ports provide 3.4 amps for convenient charging of phones, tablets, and other devices.

Many adult groups book our homes because they appreciate having their own beds and plenty of room to spread out.

Some groups also enjoy hiring a private chef for a hibachi dinner, which we allow with the owner's permission. With the resort-style backyard, even a small approved gathering can feel special. Please remember that parties and events are not allowed.

Optional Services & Fees

Early Check-In / Late Check-Out

$400 per request, plus applicable taxes and Vrbo fees.

These requests depend on staff availability and cannot always be approved. The home must be cleaned and ready for the next guests by 4 PM.

Pets

We welcome up to 2 dogs with approval before booking.

The pet fee is $200 per stay, plus applicable taxes and Vrbo fees.

BBQ Propane

One propane tank is included per stay unless the grill uses natural gas.

Additional tanks are available for $50 each, plus applicable taxes and Vrbo fees. Extra tanks can also be used for the outdoor gas fire pit table.

Heated Pool & Spa

Pool and spa heating is available for an additional fee.

First day: $225

Each additional day: $150

Applicable taxes and Vrbo fees are additional

Pool heated to approximately 80°F

Heating typically takes 3 full days

We recommend arranging and paying for pool heating when booking, but it can be added up to 3 days before check-in.

Please keep in mind:

Pool heating fees are non-refundable, so we recommend checking the weather forecast before purchasing.

Heating must be purchased for your entire stay. We do not offer partial-stay heating.

The built-in spa shares the pool's heating system, so the pool must be heated to use the heated spa. Unfortunately, spa-only heating is not available.

A Few Things to Know About the Home

We want you to have a great stay, so we'd like to share a few things ahead of time.

Guest Access

The garage and one closet inside the home are reserved for storage and are not available to guests.

Towels & Linens

We provide white towels and linens throughout the home, similar to a hotel, so everything can be properly cleaned and inspected without hiding dirt.

We don't provide separate pool towels. You're welcome to use the white towels from inside the home for the pool and lounge chairs.

Photos & Decorations

The photos show the actual home you're booking.

The home was professionally staged for photography. Some decorative items have since been removed to reduce clutter, including the outdoor fire bowls used during staging.

Pool Floats & Extra Umbrellas

For cleanliness and sanitation reasons, we don't provide pool floats.

Extra umbrellas are stored in the outdoor shed or behind the white fence. Just ask if you need help finding them!

Outdoor Furniture

Arizona's extreme heat, sunshine, and dust can make it difficult to keep outdoor furniture, especially cushions, perfectly clean.

We do our best to maintain everything, but please understand that outdoor furniture may show normal wear or collect dust between cleanings.

BBQ Cleaning

You're welcome to use the BBQ, but our cleaning staff does not clean the grill. Please keep this in mind when using it.

Pool & Landscaping Maintenance

Our pool and landscaping crews may visit during your stay for regular maintenance.

These visits help keep the property in good condition and cannot be rescheduled. We appreciate your understanding!

Our rates are based on the number of guests entered when booking.

Larger groups pay more, while smaller groups benefit from more competitive pricing.

Please make sure your reservation includes the correct number of guests.

Exterior Security Cameras

For safety and security, the property has exterior surveillance cameras in the front and backyard that record audio and video.

These cameras are part of our security and liability measures and are required by our insurance.
