Guests have exclusive access to the entire home and all private amenities during their stay, including the pool, hot tub, cold plunge, home theater, and outdoor entertaining areas. The garage game and fitness space is also available for guest use.

A small number of locked closets or cabinets may be present for owner or supply storage and are not accessible to guests. These do not impact the comfort or use of the home.

Self check-in is provided with secure entry details shared prior to arrival.

We respect your privacy while remaining easily accessible. Our local team is available during designated business hours to assist with questions, requests, or maintenance needs, and we are always reachable through the Airbnb app for timely communication before and during your stay.

This home is located in a residential neighborhood in Scottsdale and is best suited for respectful groups. Quiet hours are strictly enforced in accordance with local Scottsdale ordinances. Exterior security cameras and/or noise monitoring devices may be in place and monitor outdoor areas only.

Pool and outdoor amenities are used at your own risk. No lifeguard is on duty. Children must be supervised at all times. The home includes stairs and outdoor features and may not be the best fit for infants or young children.

Starter supplies are provided to begin your stay. Additional supplies, early check-in, and late check-out may be available by request for an additional fee and must be confirmed in advance.
