🛡️ Required Damage Protection or Security Deposit

Please note that all reservations require either a refundable security deposit or a damage waiver after booking through our Guest App.

Guests must select one of the following:

• $450 refundable security deposit

OR

• $45 non-refundable damage waiver

The $45 Damage Protection Program provides coverage for accidental damages up to $450 during your stay. Please note this does not cover lost parking tags, fobs, or garage openers. Lost items are subject to a $200 replacement fee.

This process is completed off-platform and is required prior to check-in.

For security and legal compliance purposes, guests may be required to complete identity verification before arrival. This process may include:

• Government-issued photo ID

• Verification of contact information

• Completion of our verification portal

• Background screening if required by property management or ownership

Verification details are used solely for guest screening and security purposes.

All guests are also required to sign a rental usage agreement before check-in. Check-in instructions may be withheld until verification is successfully completed.

Verification must be completed:

• Within 24 hours of booking

• Within 1 hour for same-day reservations

Reservations that do not complete verification requirements may be subject to cancellation.

Community amenities such as pools, gyms, elevators, and shared common areas are managed by the building management and may occasionally become unavailable due to maintenance, repairs, or operational decisions outside of our control.

While I’m always happy to report concerns to management on your behalf, I cannot guarantee the availability, repair timeline, or operation of building-managed amenities during your stay.

By booking, guests acknowledge that temporary amenity interruptions may occur.



🔧 Maintenance Access Disclosure

On rare occasions, authorized maintenance personnel may require access to the unit during your stay to complete necessary repairs or scheduled maintenance.

Your cooperation is greatly appreciated, as maintenance schedules are often coordinated directly by building management. Denying scheduled access may result in a $100 rescheduling fee.
