Scottsdale Oasis with heated pool

Summary:
This newly remodeled home with heated pool is perfect for a family or group of friends to see all that Scottsdale and Phoenix has to offer. Just 7 minutes from Old town Scottsdale, 7 minutes from Talking Stick Casino, and 12 minutes from Camelback mountain hiking.

The Space:
This house features quartz countertops, custom tile showers, and plush hotel quality bedding. The back yard has a great heated pool and outdoor space. (There is a 1 time fee of $100 to heat the pool Nov-April) Also enjoy yard games, board games, a Cabana, UHD TVs with streaming, fitness equipment, and a fully stocked kitchen. This house will have everything you need to relax and enjoy your stay.
Bedroom breakdown is as follows: Master - King. BR#2 - 2 Full Beds. BR#3 - Queen. Living room sofa-bed also pulls out.
Garage: 9 ft wide, 7 ft tall, 17 ft deep.

Guest Access:
Guests will have private access to the entire home and pool.

The Neighborhood:
Scottsdale is one of Phoenix's most desirable areas, with a great mix of homes, restaurants, entertainment, and shopping.

Getting Around:
Lyft/Uber are ideal. You can also call a driver-less car (autonomous) using the app Waymo.
Old town is 7 minutes away by car.

Great place

Really enjoyed this house in Scottsdale. Great for a family. Pool was clean. Backyard was cool. Host was great with communication. The kids were sad to leave it. Overall a great place to spend spring break.

Okay- not terrible, not spectacular.

The house is so cute upon first arriving, the pool was great and very clean for our two kids and I was happy to see a few pool toys for them! There is a ton of patio furniture and the covered patio was great as well. Kitchen had all necessities and fridge was very clean. This property is within 10 mins to the aquarium & butterflies and big box stores are close by, like Walmart is 4 mins away! We loved the location! The host was wonderful to work with and very responsive. Unfortunately the house was not cleaned as well as I’d hoped. There were black marks on most walls, the master bed did not have sheets on it, most rugs weren’t vacuumed and there was hair/dirt/crumbs on the floors. The patio had a lot of debris on the ground and furniture. There is also a “for sale” sign out front at this time.I don’t think the cleanliness issues were a reflection of the host, but of the cleaners used. 7/10

This home is exactly what you see in the photos. The renovations inside the house are great and the backyard is a serene sanctuary. The host is very responsive and check in was great.

Scottsdale House

This was a perfect house for our family of 4. Great layout + kitchen. The highlight was definitely the backyard and all the seating areas / activities. We used all of it and especially enjoyed the pool, ping pong and work out amenities. Comfortable beds and bedding and nice shower towels.

Wonderful Stay

Booked this property for a bachelorette trip and it was absolutely perfect! Property was clean and comfortable and the property manager was very communicative and accommodating. So many fun spots to take photos inside and outside the house. Only 5 min drive to the bars/restaurants in Old Town and 15 mins from the airport. We took advantage of the pool toys, games, and fully stocked kitchen. It had everything we needed for a perfect weekend!

Lovely house in Scottsdale

We enjoyed our stay in this Scottsdale home, and it met our expectations. The house is very clean and in conveniently located to Old Town and many of the sites we wanted to visit in Scottsdale. The house has been recently updated and fit our family of four easily. The neighborhood is great with lots of options for groceries and restaurants. The backyard is private with a pool and the hosts supplied a lot of fun games and exercise equipment for our use. There were a few minor things that we have mentioned to our hosts to make the place even more enjoyable, but overall, we had a great time. We would highly recommend this home.

The property is not bad but it’s not fantastic either. It is a bit smaller than the expected. The bathrooms were definitely disappointing because both were dirty. The rugs hadn’t been cleaned in some time or even shook out plus there was hair all over the floors and in the sinks. Neighborhood was nice and close to activities.
