Remodeled 2Bd/2Ba contemporary condo offers the comfort of your home away from home. 2 well sized bedrooms have memory foam mattresses on the queen size beds for a great restful sleep that you can enjoy your day.
Well stocked kitchen and bathrooms with basic toiletries for the comfort of total of 4 guests (infants in addition of 4 are welcome).
A quiet 2nd floor unit with private, covered balcony offers views on the golf course (with a path great for walks and biking), and McDowell Mountain with breathtaking sunrises. Walking distance to Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, many upscale stores and restaurants. Easy access to freeways and just minutes from Old Town Scottsdale, Talking Stick Arena, Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport, Kierland Commons and other activities/interests.

The condo is so nice! Decorated beautifully and very comfortable. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. It had everything we needed and then some. We ran out of time and didn’t get to enjoy the pool or fitness room but both looked very nice. Located on a golf course with a very nice walking path and a patio to enjoy the scenery. I would highly recommend this one!

Dana's condo is beautifully and tastefully decorated - full of vibrant colors and positive touches that instantly make you feel at home. We did not cook at all, only made coffee, but the kitchen appeared well appointed with plenty of utensils. We played 6 rounds of golf and ate out every night. This condo is in a great location on the Stonecreek Golf Course. The beds and linens are unbelievably comfy - sleeping here was a dream! Quiet hours are strictly enforced, even TV volume in the morning can result in a noise complaint. Dana was prompt in all communication and a joy to communicate with.

The home was very clean and clutter free, yet had great additions in the house (games, kitchen supplies, etc…) Directions were clear and the host was quick to respond and very kind. We would rent again in a heartbeat.

The host and communication was good. The location is pretty central and easy to get around. The condo itself was clean but dated. The beds were very firm and all three of us didn’t sleep well. But the biggest complaint would be the upstairs neighbour who we named “Stompy”. Very loud walker all hours of the day and night. The sound proofing is non existent.

The condo was absolutely lovely. The kitchen was extraordinarily well equipped. The view of the golf course was beautiful. The grounds and pool of the complex were well maintained. We enjoyed our stay tremendously.

25th Wedding Anniversary

The property is exactly as the listing states. Very clean, in a safe and comfortable neighborhood. The balcony overlooks the 16th hole of the golf course, with a perfect location for watching golfers take their second shot. There's a Walgreens and a Jetts Pizza within a 3-minute walk from the property. The owner was incredibly prompt with communication. Would highly recommend this property for a getaway in Scottsdale. Hoping to return soon. A huge THANK YOU to the owner for making our anniversary so memorable.

Beautiful - By the golf course

Very clean. Centrally located with grocery store, liquor store, Brew Pub and nice restaurants close by. Swimming pool and Hot Tub are a very short walk.

Excellent location and property manager!!

This is a beautiful condo in an excellent location… close to hiking, dining, and shopping! The golf course provided a very good location for walking/jogging. It was quiet and well maintained. Any concerns were quickly addressed by the property manager to our complete satisfaction. Highly recommended!!

Met all expectations

This was our 4th stay in this complex, but the time first in this unit. Nice to be on the second floor overlooking the golf course (no traffic noise!). Unit was very clean, nicely equipped, and very comfortable. Had some minor problems with noise from adjoining units, but not too much more than what you'd expect in a shared wall condo complex. Host was very organized, and good to deal with. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Great weekend!

Had a great time in AZ. The condo was wonderful….enjoy the sunrises in the balcony as well as pool time. Everything was very clean and we enjoyed the location. Would use book here again.

Great stay!

This condo was among the best we have ever stayed. The location was great with shopping and restaurants nearby. Great amenities and the whole complex was well maintained. Our host, Dana, had anticipated everything we needed. We would definitely enjoy a return stay.
