No parties of any kind. No unregistered guests. There will be a fee if any of these rules are broken. Quiet hours are 10pm to 7am. Please respect this for the neighborhood.

We came with our family to Spring training . This place was a perfect location. The pool & hot tub were wonderful. We will definitely be back.

The house was set up for comfort. When we arrived, we were pleasantly impressed by the whole home. Upon entry, we were greeted by a side table with snacks, the welcome and instruction book for the house, and an amazing air hockey table in the first living room! The kitchen was very clean, and had all the storage we could need. All the dishes and pots and pans were really nice! It was a pleasure to make many of our meals at 'home'! The furniture was beautiful as well as comfortable. It seemed everything we needed was available....including blankets to use when sitting on the couch at cooler times of the day or night. The bedrooms and furnishings were so nice, and so comfortable. The bathrooms are really beautiful as well. We lacked for nothing! Then you come to the outside....wow! The Hot Tub was Hot, and so comfortable!! The swimming pool was such a treat....we spent much of our time in this wonderful pool! It was up to 79 degrees, due to the high temperatures, even without being heated. The deck area is spacious, and well furnished. We made a couple of meals on the grill, and would have used it more had the weather been cooler. We cannot say enough good things about this lovely house. It is a good value, and a treat. We were here for Spring Training, and Mariners field was about 2 miles from this house. We even walked to the field! Close to every service we needed. If we have a chance to stay here again, we absolutely will!

The house & hosts were wonderful and would love to return. The only upset was the backyard neighbors who partied so loud our last night we weren’t able to sleep until late with an early flight.
