A central location to experience all that Scottsdale has to offer, from events to luxury shopping, dining, and more.

Inside, the house features comfortable living spaces, with smart TVs throughout and high-speed Wi-Fi to keep everyone connected. The highlight? An eye-catching game room with a pool table, foosball, and an impressive 4-player arcade featuring 15,000 games—perfect for hours of entertainment.

Free parking for 3 cars in the driveway.

House Rules: No smoking inside the home at any time. We strive to provide a peaceful and enjoyable experience for all guests. Please be mindful of the neighbors and adhere to the 9 PM quiet hours as per Scottsdale’s city ordinance. No parties, loud music or loud disruptive behavior allowed.

***For everyone's safety, we kindly ask that children be supervised at all times, especially in the pool areas, stairways inside the house, and the upstairs hallway. The indoor stairs can be steep, and the upstairs hallway has railings and areas where little ones could trip or lean over unsafely.

To prevent accidents, please ensure that children do not run, climb on railings, or play on the stairs and in the upstairs hallway. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a safe and comfortable environment for all guests

***Pool rules:

1. No lifeguard on duty, swim at your own risk
2. No unsupervised children under 18.
3. No running around pool area.
4. No glass in the pool area.
5. Please make sure to watch children around water at all times.
6. Please do not adjust any pool equipment during your stay as doing so can damage system. Please contact host for anything needed with pool equipment.

Perfect Scottsdale Family Home

This house was within 20 minutes of every fun activity we planned, so the location was fantastic. The house is roomy, clean, and stocked. We appreciated that they actually had enough towels, toilet paper, and paper towels for our large family (which rarely happens in rentals). There were also many things to keep the kids (and adults) occupied when at home--pool table, foosball, arcade game, putt putt, oversize Connect 4, corn hole, kids playset, and beautiful deep pool. We highly recommend this house if you're staying in Scottsdale!

Family Staycation

The home is nice, beds are all comfortable. Good location. We had a few hiccups but the owner was very responsive. Note that only tv’s are in the upstairs master bedroom and the room with the bunkbeds and downstairs living room. The other 3 bedrooms did not have tv. The master bedroom tv remote didn’t work and no spare batteries were in the house. But my son downloaded an app and was able to use my phone as a remote for the tv. Gotta love technology!We have a family of 14 and we all fit perfectly.

Great place with plenty of room

We stayed here for Spring Training Baseball games. It is in a great location and plenty of space. The home had all the amenities we needed and the kitchen had everything needed to cook meals. Communication with the owner was excellent and the check in/out process was easy. We would definitely stay here again.
