Damage Waiver / Security Deposit



You will be asked to choose either a $35 non-refundable damage waiver or a $350 security deposit hold (not a charge and released after checkout if everything is in good shape). Accidents happen. This just helps keep things easy for everyone.



Pet Policy (for units that allow pets)

Allowed: Dogs and cats only, maximum of 2 pets.



Not Allowed: The following restricted breeds: Alaskan Malamute, Belgian Malinois, Boxer, Chow Chow, Dalmatian, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Husky breeds, Pit Bull breeds, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Staffordshire Terrier, Wolf Hybrid.



1 - 7 nights = $20 per pet per night

8 - 29 nights = $200 flat rate

30 nights or more = $300 flat rate

Failure to declare pets in advance will result in a $500 fee.



Noise & Security

Noise monitors (measuring decibel levels only—no recording of conversations) are installed for community comfort. Tampering will result in a fee.

The spot was deep into downtown. Loved that. And place was clean. Had a few things I didn’t like. Camera is right above the door facing into the apartment when you open the door. It’s a ring doorbell and if you don’t look up when you walk in, you will miss it. It faces right inside. I like privacy, it didn’t give me that. Also has a big bug problem. Nats or fruit flies. Irritating. Also only 1 key so if you have company, it sucks you have to stay up or be there to let them in.Again, place was relatively clean, host asked for a lot tho. Needed passport/id pic even after the verification system already did that. What’s the point of verification if I have to do it twice?Other than that, I’d recommend people to stay here. What I don’t like, you may not care about. One of the best places to stay in Phoenix.
