Our home comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests, with five plush beds dressed in high-quality linens and pillows. Each of the three spacious bedrooms boasts carefully selected furnishings: two King beds, one Queen, and two Twin beds, ensuring everyone in your group enjoys a restful stay. All bathrooms have been fully remodeled with spa-inspired features, complemented by plush towels and premium toiletries for a touch of indulgence.

Our chef’s kitchen is fully remodeled and equipped with top-of-the-line appliances and all essential cookware, perfect for preparing and sharing delicious meals. The open-concept dining area seats six comfortably, while the cozy living space invites you to unwind with a sectional sofa, contemporary decor, and a large flat-screen TV for your entertainment.

★ POOL HEATING:
The pool can be heated to 85°F for your comfort. Please notify us at least 48 hours in advance if you wish to use this service.

October: $105/day

November: $125/day

December–February: $150/day

March–September: $100/day

Please Note: The pool does not have a safety barrier and may not be suitable for young children. Families with children under seven should ensure close supervision or restrict access to the pool area.

Quiet hours: Begin at 10 PM; please be respectful of neighbors.

No parties, large gatherings, or events.

Pets: Currently not allowed.

Smoking: Strictly prohibited inside the property.

★ SAFETY & CLEANLINESS:
Our home adheres to CDC cleaning standards, including thorough sanitization between guests. For your safety, the property is equipped with exterior surveillance cameras.
