Just a heads-up: there’s a regular water shut-off every third Thursday of the month for maintenance.

➤ IMPORTANT NOTE FOR 1 WEEK STAY OR LONGER:

Toilet paper, garbage bags, and basic toiletries will be provided for the guests at the beginning of the stay. It will then be the guest's responsibility to provide for these for the remainder of their stay.



Guest Access:

➔ Please note that the owner's closet and parking spot #225 are not available for guest use, Other than that, you’ve got access to the whole place. Make yourself at home!



➔ Shared parking is available in the uncovered non-numbered spots.



➔ The laundry is open daily from 6 AM to 9 PM. Washers cost $1.75 per load, dryers $1.50 per load. Quarters only or pay via the app - see machines for details.

There were no amenities. There were one towel per person. No wash cloths, no hand towels, one kitchen towel. The geat didn't work - repairman said it was installed incorrectly. We could not access the pool or gym. We would not stay here again.
