Welcome to your Dream Stay in Scottsdale! This beautifully appointed 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home offers the ideal blend of comfort, style, and convenience. Located just minutes from the vibrant Old Town Scottsdale, you'll have easy access to the best dining, shopping, and entertainment the area has to offer.

Step inside and be greeted by a spacious, open-concept living area, designed with relaxation and entertainment in mind. The living room features a cozy sectional sofa, a gigantic 85" flat-screen TV, and plenty of natural light. Adjacent to the living room is a modern, fully-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, bespoke refrigerator, white quartz countertops, and all the essentials you need to prepare delicious meals. Each of the 3 bedrooms is thoughtfully put together for maximum comfort - Casper cooling memory foam mattresses, quality bedding, blackout curtains, and plenty of clothes storage.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this property! It is centrally located to many attractions, shops and restaurants. We even ventured further out to The Grand Canyon. The property has a nice pool and hot tub area with plenty of seating and a grill along with some outdoor games. There were plenty of pool toys stored in the garage too!The indoor space has a well stocked kitchen, Two family rooms and a large dining room table. The laundry room was very large with what looked like newer machines. I highly recommend this rental! Holly was an excellent host!

We really enjoyed out stay. The home was as-shown in the listing. It was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was spacious and we found a few unopened food items from perhaps previousa guests that we were glad to have as we arrived late and it provided a nice snack.We did the same by leaving only unopened items though I'm not sure we were supposed to. In any case, we found it welcoming. There was plenty of kitchenware as well (glasses of varying sizes, plates, etc).We went with this property due it's close proximity to what we were doing in PHX but also because it was pet friendly. We wanted a yard where our yorkie could do her business. There is both artificial turf and small smooth rock landscaping. She preferred the latter. There is also a nice clean pool and a hot tub. Though we did not get to enjoy those, they were very inviting. Surround the yard is a concrete fence which provides full privacy from neighbors. Thte bedroooms were nicely sized (not cramped). The master batch was a little small for a couple but it was arranged well and we had no issues. One suggestion for the owner would be to provide some suitcase stands as there is no dresser or storage cubbies for clothing items that are at a convenient height. This did not affect our enjoyment of the property. The front door is a bit sticky, I think perhaps due to new paint. Once you unlock, just give it a good push and it opens fine. Communication was EXCELLENT with the owner. She was very prompt in her response

One word describes this property: PERFECTION!From the giant screen tv to the gourmet kitchen to the resort pool area this house checks all the boxes! The location couldn’t be better and the beds are heavenly night time experiences!! The host is attentive and very helpful! I encourage anyone out there looking for a place to rent! Look no further!!

Holly was very welcoming, communicative and helpful - the house was exactly as described and even exceeded expectations in most cases - between the fully stocked home and incredible outdoor space both my family as well as my pups were extremely comfortable throughout the entire stay. Our stay was everything we hoped for, and needed. If there was an option for giving higher than 10/10, we would!We felt right at home and had everything we needed. The house itself is amazing, the back yard and pool were perfect. We will 100% stay at this locations again!

An amazing stay!

The home is extremely comfortable, clean, and cozy! We were able to check in early, and Holly was always available if we needed anything. Beds were great, tons of kitchen appliances, and the pool was perfect. Area is pretty close to restaurants-- short drive. Would recommend!

Excellent property

This house was a beautiful in person as in the photos. It was well stocked with everything we needed. We didn't indulge in the pool because it was a little chilly, but the hot tub was great. Holly was excellent with her communication. Highly recommend! recommendWould definitely stay here again.
