🏠 Inside the Home

• Living Room: A bright, open space with soaring ceilings and a Pueblo-style fireplace. Relax after a hike on the comfortable seating or step out the sliding glass doors to the patio.

• Kitchen & Dining: Fully equipped with stainless steel appliances (fridge, oven, dishwasher, microwave). Whether you are reheating takeout from Midtown’s best restaurants or cooking a full meal, we have the cookware and utensils you need.

• Sleeping Arrangements (Sleeps 4 Comfortably):

Bedroom 1 (Primary): One King bed with en-suite bath and direct balcony access.

Bedroom 2: One Queen bed.

Living Room: We provide an air mattress (with linens) to accommodate guests 5 and 6. The living room sofa is also available for sleeping.

• Bathrooms: Two updated full bathrooms, stocked with fresh towels and essentials.



⚠️ Honest Expectations (Please Read!) We want your stay to be 5 stars, so here are a few things to know before booking:

• Gate Noise: Our condo is conveniently located right next to the security gate. While this makes loading and unloading a breeze, you will hear the gate opening and closing, which can start early in the morning (around 6 AM). We recommend light sleepers bring earplugs or use a white noise app.

• Sleeping 6 Guests: Please note that while our condo sleeps 6, the sleeping arrangement for the 5th and 6th guest is a portable air mattress set up in the living room. We do not have a traditional pull-out sofa bed.



Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the entire condo. Check-in is effortless with a keypad lock. You will have access to all community amenities, including the pools and sport courts. Parking is free and available within the complex.



The Neighborhood:

Located in the North Mountain area, our condo is part of the scenic Pointe Resort community at Tapatio Cliffs. This is a quiet, residential enclave known for its stunning desert landscapes and resort-style living. We are directly adjacent to the Phoenix Mountain Preserve, making this a top choice for hikers and nature lovers who want to hit the trails before breakfast.



• Vibe: Peaceful, active, and scenic. You’ll see neighbors walking dogs and heading to the tennis courts.

• Nearby: We are just minutes from North 7th Street's "Restaurant Row," featuring local favorites like Different Pointe of View (fine dining with views) and casual spots for tacos and coffee.



Getting Around:

We recommend a car for the best experience, as Phoenix is a sprawling city.

• Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport: ~20-25-minute drive.

• Downtown Phoenix / Chase Field: ~20-minute drive.

• Old Town Scottsdale: ~25-30-minute drive.

• Spring Training: We are centrally located! 20 minutes to Salt River Fields and 25 minutes to Peoria Sports Complex.

• Parking: You will have access to unassigned community parking spaces.



Other Things to Note:

• Security Deposit Options: To confirm the booking, we require a refundable security deposit. However, if you prefer not to have a hold placed on your card, you may choose a small, non-refundable damage waiver fee instead.

• Desert Living: We are located in the beautiful Arizona desert. While we have regular pest control, it is possible to see occasional desert critters outside. Please keep the screen doors closed to keep them out!

• Climate: The AC is fully functional and adjustable to keep you cool during those hot Arizona days.



Interaction with Guests:

We offer a contactless, self-check-in experience via a keypad lock, so you can arrive at your convenience after 4:00 PM. I am available via the app to answer questions or help with recommendations.
