This property is located just south of the 202 near University and Priest Roads in Tempe.  Quick access to Old Town Scottsdale, The Phoenix Zoo, Tempe Town Lake, and Downtown Phoenix. Spring Training games, WestWorld, Waste Management Open, Barrett Jackson, Arabian Horse Show. Take a day trip to Sedona, Jerome, Payson, or Prescott, and be back before sundown.

All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement prior to receiving check in instructions.
Pet friendly. We accept up to 2 dogs. There is an Additional $45 fee per dog, and guests must agree to a Pet Addendum.

Good in its price range

Area is quiet and made safe due to the amount of dog owners. The neighbourhood shows a slight touch of neglect. The house is functional, open air plan and clean. The only thing I had to wash was the shower curtain. It was disgusting and didn't come completely clean in the wash. Please replace. The fridge and stove functioned well and there are plenty of cooking utensils. Washer/Dryer an asset. The Renos were done tastefully. Beds are comfortable and the ensuite shower is good size. The concrete floor is very dog friendly but needs a place carpet in the living room to soften the warehouse feel. The yard is clean, but lacks charm. There is nothing wrong with adding a picnic table to a family friendly backyard, but it needs to be painted and should not be warped. Backyard lacks comfortable adult seating. If the outside space was more inviting, the eye would not focus on the numerous high powered wires surrounding the yard. Front and back door would benefit from painting. But for all its shortcomings, I would still recommend this place, due to easy main road access, cleanliness of property, functionality and amount of bedrooms. An extra plus was that the property smelled nice and there were no pet hairs, even though this is a pet friendly property. Thank you for renting it to pet owners.

Great place!

Visited Phoenix to attend a concert with my kids and this was a great location for the Footprint Center. House was super clean & comfy. Loved the hot tub & the back yard. Neighbors were quiet so you can’t ask for much more.Would definitely recommend if you’re visiting the Tempe area?

We booked this property for the weekend of the half Ironman in Tempe. The location was perfect for the event and made getting to and from all of the necessary spots very easy. Would definitely recommend for a family looking for a comfortable and convenient spot for the full Ironman.

Great Location

This is a great house. Lots of room. Clean kitchen and bathrooms. Beds very comfortable. Wonderful back yard though it was a bit too hot (116°) when were stayed ti be outside but will definitely be back.

This place was fantastic! The house itself is spacious with a nice floor plan. The hot tub was amazing, and the yard was perfect! The management company was incredible too! I would highly recommend this place for a mini vacation or whatever you need!
