Sleeping Arrangements:
The home offers five bedrooms and three full bathrooms, accommodating up to 10 guests. The primary bedroom features a king size bed with an en-suite bathroom. A second bedroom also provides a king size bed with TV, the third bedroom has a full and a twin bed and the fourth bedroom has two twin beds. The fifth bedroom has one twin bed with direct access to a bathroom and to the backyard. Fresh linens, extra pillows and blankets, hangers, and room-darkening shades are provided for your stay.

Outdoor Living:
Step outside to a private backyard designed for relaxation and play. You can unwind in the hot tub or enjoy the pool, which is heated for an additional fee and available all year. A BBQ grill, outdoor furniture, and a fire pit create a welcoming spot for casual evenings. The yard is fully fenced, offering privacy, and also includes a putting green for a fun challenge between outings.

Kitchen & Dining:
The well-equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals at home, with a stainless steel electric stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, and dishwasher. Cooking basics such as pots, pans, oil, spices included, along with a coffee maker, blender, toaster, hot water kettle, baking sheet, wine glasses, and barbecue utensils. Gather around the dining table to share meals or head outdoors for fresh-air dining.

Living Spaces & Entertainment:
A TV/game room with a 55-inch TV and comfortable couch is perfect for relaxing. Three TVs in total provide access to streaming options including Netflix, Pandora, CBS News, and YouTube. Guests have the entire house to themselves. We want you to feel comfortable using the home as if it’s your own! We live close by and can easily be there if needed.

Located in a beautiful residential neighborhood and the house is facing a park so the views from inside are very nice and green! This park offers a work out circuit, no need for a gym membership when you can just cross the street and work out outside!
