Benvenuti nel paradiso degli uccelli innevati - questo nuovo appartamento in affitto si trova nei pressi del 101 in The Allison, un complesso con molti snowbirds e un'atmosfera divertente e amichevole. Potrete godere di due camere da letto, due bagni, ampio soggiorno, cucina completa e zona pranzo e lanai superiore proprio accanto a una delle due aree piscina. Entrambe le piscine sono riscaldate tutto l'anno e comprendono vasche idromassaggio, barbecue e aree coperte. La palestra e i bagni sono presenti nella zona della piscina anteriore. Godetevi la tranquillità nella zona della piscina sul retro o incontrando i vicini nella piscina anteriore. Sarai a pochi minuti dai campi di allenamento della primavera, da Barrett Jackson e dalle attrazioni del West World, e altro ancora. Condominio è stato appena arredato per VRBO - tra cui nuovo letto king premium, letto matrimoniale, lenzuola nuove, asciugamani e altro ancora!

North Scottsdale Vacation

We had a wonderful stay in the Scottsdale area. The condo served as our home for a ten days of fun and relaxation. The location was great for excursions around the valley as we had friends to visit in Apache Junction and Sun City…easy access to the 101.

The pool area was great...clean, not crowded, water temp comfortable. Leaky bathtub faucet upstairs, no bathroom sink stoppers...needs a bit of fixing up there. Living space space was comfortable. Kitchen had necessary staples. Close to restaurants, shopping and entertainment.

Michele was great!!

We stayed two months in this upstairs unit. The area is lovely with everything you will need within ten minutes drive, located between Kierland and Fashion Square. We felt safe and comfortable. The beds are good, one upstairs and one down. The owner is incredable, she couldn't be more helpful! Thanks Michele

Good, short stay

Clean, convenient and economical. Bathrooms/kitchen were a little dated. Beds were comfortable. Air conditioning doesn’t cool upstairs bedroom as well as first floor of condo. Complex has 2 pools that are nice, even though we didn’t utilize. Adequate fitness room to get a workout in, which we did 3 days we were at complex.

The Allison

Michele is an attentive hostess. Her unit is conveniently located close to the pool. It's never loud and the neighbors are friendly. The complex is close to shopping, golf, and many activity centers.

Warm Winter Escape

We had a wonderful stay in this condo! Michelle was great to work with. She had any problem we had resolved within hours. She even purchased a new sofa when we informed her that the one in the condo was very uncomfortable! The condo was clean, confortable and well equipped with everything you would need, dishes, utensils, linens, towels, etc. The pool was only steps away, which we loved. The pool was in need of chairs but that was rectified before we left. It now has plenty of chairs. Our only complaint would be the wifi service. It would get really bad in the evening around 5:00. The Scottsdale area is great with lots of hiking, music venues, and other activities to chose from. We had a fantastic stay at this venue and would stay there again!

Close to everything-convenient

We visited Scottsdale in July and the temperatures were in the 105-116 degree level. Air conditioning was working overtime to try and keep condo cool. The condo was clean and had comfy and close location to pool/spa. The master suite on the second floor( third floor) did not maintain the same temperature as the main floor. It was about five to ten degrees warmer than the main living space. The owner did have a humidifier that had a fan system and gave us a great suggestion to put ice cubes in the water hopper to help keep the temperature a bit cooler. Communication was excellent with exit and entry and check in and check out. We needed a safe place to take a break from several days on the road and this was our home in the desert for five days and it worked out great.

Late April stay in North Scottsdale

We enjoyed our stay at Michele’s property in North Scottsdale. The balcony faced North which was very helpful for late April as we sat outside each morning with coffee and newspapers and the weather was very pleasant. The pool was only 100 metres away and was excellent. All kinds of shopping were nearby. Golf courses and. Hiking trails were also close to the unit. The parking space was sheltered and a very short walk to the unit. Our only “nitpicking” comments would be the unit needs to be reviewed for its supplies. There were only 3 dinner forks for one example. We dropped the coffee carafe and replaced the coffee maker with an exact match at Walmart for $12.89. Our fault of course, but 13 bucks for a coffee maker? We say this just as an observation - our dealings with Michele and enjoyment of the property were top notch and satisfying. Thanks again Michele!

Our unit was exactly as depicted in the mkting info. Modernish, clean and comfortable. The complex is in a great location. Walkable neighborhood. Close to shopping and recreational locations. The unit itself is close to one of the two pools and from both the balcony and the master bedroom window, one gets a nice glimpse of mountains. We also liked the two level apt - made it feel more like a house. We've already signed up for another three weeks next year.

Home away from home

We had a great stay here.. It was quiet and cozy and had everything we needed. One pool right out the door and the second pool right down the path. Close enough to 101 for easy access and at the same time close enough to great hiking trails.

Property is clean, convenient, and very comfortable. Recommend for younger people. Second floor walk up and two story condo provides room and space, yet is a bit cumbersome for older people. Michele is very responsive to the minor issues we had experienced. She is courteous, friendly, and helpful. Would highly recommend Allison condo for rental and location.
