Privacy surrounds the sparking blue heated pool and freshly remodeled home. Pets stay for free! Great location just 20 minutes to airport and minutes to dining, shopping and easy freeway access. Spacious great room, and fully equipped kitchen with everything you need, or step out and grill up your favorites! Complimentary heated pool set to 85 degrees in winter and fast WiFi. Come relax and enjoy this lovely home for the perfect getaway! We support equality!

Guests will enjoy hassle-free self-check-in with a secure smart lock system—no keys needed. A personalized code will be sent before your arrival, allowing you to check in at your convenience, day or night. The home features a private driveway for parking and a dedicated entrance for your exclusive use. Guests have full access to the entire home, including all indoor living spaces, bedrooms, bathrooms, laundry area, and backyard. The setup is designed to offer both security and privacy for a comfortable and seamless stay.

With 3 cozy bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, everyone can enjoy both comfort and privacy. The open-concept living area features a spacious seating arrangement, a smart TV, and a fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials for cooking and dining at home. Each bedroom is thoughtfully furnished for restful sleep, and the primary suite includes its own private bathroom. Enjoy additional conveniences like high-speed Wi-Fi, in-home laundry, and central air conditioning. The backyard offers a great spot to relax and unwind, making this home an ideal base for any Arizona getaway.



This home is conveniently located with easy access to major roads and highways, including Loop 202 and the 101, making it simple to explore Chandler and the surrounding areas. Downtown Chandler is just a few minutes away, and popular spots in Tempe, Gilbert, and Scottsdale are all within a short drive. Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are readily available, and there are nearby Valley Metro bus stops for guests using public transportation. Whether you're commuting, heading out for dining and shopping, or visiting nearby attractions, getting around from this location is quick and easy.

-Please be advised that lost keys or remotes will incur a $125 dollar charge.
-No smoking indoors. Smoking outdoors is permitted with windows and doors tightly closed. Please discard all smoking materials at check out. Smoking indoors will incur a $300 fee.
-No loud music or excessive noise so as not to disturb neighbors and to comply with city regulations. Excessive noise can result in a cancellation of your reservation with no refund.
-Pets stay free! House-trained cats and dogs only. Pets not allowed on furniture or bedding. Must pick up dog waste. 3 pets maximum. Additional cleaning fees of $200 will be assessed to you.
-No pets in the pool (You will incur an additional fee of $200 if pet hair is found in the filter.)

Private swimming pool is heated between the months of November and April at no additional charge. Heaters are set at 85 degrees. If outdoor temperature drops below 50 degrees, pool temperature may be below 85 degrees. Pool is serviced once every week and landscape services.

Overall, its a nice place. The decor is pleasant and it is set up nicely for dogs. There were a few cleaning/upkeep issues that did not affect our overall experience and the management has been notified.Thank you!
