KLuxury Penthouse, just fully renovated and professionally decorated. This one bedroom one bath unit sleeps four. A King bed in the Master, and a Queen sleeper in the Living Room. High end finishes throughout. Marble fireplace. Granite and Stainless kitchen to name a few. Sun swept balcony with seating to relax and capture gentle breezes. Spectacular views of the Pool, Fire Pit, Old World style clubhouse, and full workout facility. Fully equipped kitchen, all brand new appliances and furnishings

The interior was freshly decorated with all I needed for my stay. The location was convenient to stores and restaurants. The balcony was perfect for my morning coffee or an evening glass of wine overlooking the pool. The kitchen was a nice size for a small condo with a generous sized peninsula for cooking preparations. I loved being on the third floor. It made for a quiet get away.

The property was everything we expected, we enjoyed the time there & we hope to return. There is only one thing we found perhaps disconcerting although admittedly this was not the fault of the property or the owners, however we do want to mention that the activity around the pool was loud well into the evening,10:00 PM on a Sunday, with children allowed to scream & yell more than was acceptable truly ? Given that this was the second night in row it happened it should be addressed by someone in the command chain.

Our stay was excellent. The only drawback was that we had to climb 3 sets of stairs totaling 36. A real workout when you’re in your 80’s. The condo was very beautiful with everything you need. Joe was always available by texting.

The condo was just great. Very clean and updated. Kitchen had everything you needed. The location of condo was wonderful. Right by the pool, work out room. They had a sauna, steam room, hot tub. I would definitely stay there again.

We were so impressed with the condition of the condo ( super clean, tastefully decorated) stunning view of the grounds. Quiet and conveniently located within walking distance to restaurants and grocery stores. Joseph was very responsive with communication and considerations allowing early check in . You won’t regret choosing this location!

This condo was perfect for our needs. The bed was comfortable, place was extremely clean, and great location. We didn’t require the pull out so cannot comment on the pullout sofa for sleeping. Pool area is very clean. Would love to return. - walking distance to horizon park if you are looking for pickleball.

What a beautiful condo. Owner was so accomodating and promptly answered any question we had. Such a great location. Easy to visit museums of Scottsdale and Phoenix. Lovely walkable restaurants and grocery.

We stayed a week in Scottsdale with great access to golf including TPC, Starfire and McDowell Mountain Golf. The one BR condo was immaculate with nice group amenities including pool, hot tub and work out room. TV was streaming. Parking was convenient. Nearby shopping and restaurants including Nick's Italian Restaurant.

The condo was clean and very well appointed. Comfortable bed and couches. Nice kitchen. The pool and hot tub are great and clean. as are the entire grounds. Nice, covered parking. Close to restaurants, shops and grocery. Easy access to highways for travel to other areas.

Great place to stay for relaxation and going to Bball Spring Training! Loved the pool and the people there! The stairs could be hard for older Seniors. It was good for us. The parking spot was convienient and the pool and palmtree view is fabulous.

The property was as promised on VRBO. It was in a great part of Scottsdale with easy access to all attractions and golf courses. The property manager was accessible and the condo was well supplied with necessities. Would definitely stay again.

We have stayed at over 10 units in this complex and this was the nicest and coziest one in terms of the floors and furniture and the bed. The host was great and let us check in early. There was a issue with the pots and pans and the host was going to take care of that. We are still able to climb stairs and it is up 3 flights so if you are physically unable to do that you might want to try another place. We hope we can rent this one again when we come back.

The Condo was immaculate when we walked in. The Location of the Condo within the Property was in a perfect location, overlooking the pool. The Top floor was a big plus even though you have to climb the stairs. The Host Joseph was great. He called us to see how everything was going. My only recommendation is to please put a bureau in the bedroom. There was very little storage for clothes in the place. Will rent this unit again in the Future.
