Hotel vicino a Phoenix Theater - Petaluma

“Un po' di Francia a Petaluma. Hotel dallo stile francese, distante un km da downtown petaluma, una delle città più vivibili a nord di san francisco. Tutto perfetto, ma può essere che non a tutti possa piacere la colazione. Ci sono delle tortine (disponibili tutto il giorno), crepes con marmellata o nutella, thè di diversi tipi (ne ricordo uno al mango), caffè”

“A really nice new hotel, with large rooms and excellent AC.”

“Checking in was not with real staff but rather by a visual computer screen and by a person who spoke with an accent that is difficult to understand. There was a staff at the front desk but did nothing to help unless you asked for. We didn’t feel welcomed by this procedure. The same process was with checking out. Hotel is close to freeway and a busy street so it is noisy. However, the room was clean and spacious. There is no elevator.”

“The breakfast was spectacular and they were very accommodating for dietary restrictions. Gourmet 3 course breakfast! We stayed in the cottage and was nice and quiet with lots of privacy. Perfect for a romantic getaway. The hosts were super nice and was wonderful to know the history of the Inn.”

“The hotel was charming and had a boutique, bed-and-breakfast feel. They offered a complimentary breakfast, which was delightful and delicious. The staff were friendly and always checked to see if our room needed refreshing. The room was cozy and comfortable, although the carpet could have been cleaner, and the shower could use some improvement. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely return.”

“Brand new so of course it’s clean and tidy. Staff was not helpful- a woman was trapped in the elevator for over an hour before they would call 911- they wanted to wait for the tech. Hot breakfast was nice but they weren’t prepared for the volume of people at all! Convenient location - can walk to downtown Novato!”

“I felt well cared for and the staff were helpful and friendly. The gym was fine and breakfast delicious. We were happy Campers. Staff members Lisa and Ton were among the standouts in cordiality. And the location is convenient to a host of shopping venues. I would definitely stay here again.”
