The room was clean, no bed bugs for 6 days.There was a balcony, so it was convenient to hang the wet stuff outside. But our room was on the street side and it was kind of hot even with the AC during the day. The AC seemed very old and it didn't have enough power to cool down the room well. So we recommend you go out between 10AM and 6PM in February. They give complementary breakfast in the morning from 7AM to 10AM. You can choose from rice porridge and toast with jam. There is coffee, milk, orange juice. The location is great. It's near the bus terminal, only takes about 2 to 3 minutes on foot. There is 7-11 convenience store, small bakery for breakfast at walking distance. For this price of the room, it's good enough. They will ask you to give 1000 bts for deposit when you check in. So make sure to have cash with you. If you don't make any mess in the room, it will be returned to you. If you have tendency to mess bed sheets or floor, I don't recommend this hotel.
