“It was excellent”

“Loved the atmosphere from the moment we walked in. Very friendly staff. Clean room. Overall wonderful stay. It wasn’t the biggest room and the A/C isn’t quiet but it was a wonderful room and we felt welcomed as soon as we walked in the lobby. I didn’t know if the pictures were to good to be true but it turned out to be exactly what the pictures show and I will gladly be back.”

“The parking fee, parking lot basically empty but for a few guests , $12. Each day”

“Our room was clean and the staff was very helpful. We had two pups and were able to walk them around the block. Wish they had a better convenience store, but we were just blocks away from downtown.”

“Unique- it is built right over a small river. The view of the river was nice. The staff is friendly and helpful. The pool, clean, was open. Sadly the spa was broken during our stay. The sauna will be a real asset in the harsh Pullman winters. Good breakfast, lots of gluten free options. Comfy beds, nice ac.”

“The room was clean, the staff were helpful when you could get ahold of them. Tried calling from our room several times for questions, and no one ever answered. Parking was fine. There were just 3 of us, so, I guess it was family-friendly. The rooms had coffee mugs, but no coffee makers? Beds were clean and comfy. All, in all, it fit our needs.”

“Rooms were smaller in person , bathrooms and walls were beat up. Floors didn't look clean 😞. I always clean the room myself because of our son. But I am shocked because the ratings were so good. Musty smell and the outside smelled like sewage.”
