“The whole hotel had maybe five rooms booked and we met them and they all paid 110.00 a night and we paid 300.00 night. There is nothing special about this hotel it was correctly priced at $110. A night Very disappointed Breakfast is just junk food Do not recommend”

“Airport shuttle was great, as well as the always available coffee and the grab and go breakfast for our very early flight”

“We love being downtown and near restaurants, the ferry, etc. And the staff were wonderful. But our fourth-floor window was dirty, making the view of the harbor not so fun. We struggled to get the luggage cards into the elevator bay and even into the room, because of doorway/floor level bumps. Everything else okay.”

Shout out to Maritza's outstanding mangerial expertise, caring and compassion ....the hotel has a level of professionalism and caring, specially for those of us who are hospital families staying close to loved ones at UWMC. Just what the Dr. ordered for patients and caregivers. Beautifully done thank you. PS I really like: The great sheets great bed wonderful kitchen great views...

“camera un po’ polverosa pur avendo chiesto le pulizie giornaliere. vista strepitosa dalle due finestre avendo camera ad angolo. colazione avrei preferito a buffet e non sapere all’arrivo che era da acquistare al bar/market dell’hotel (errore di expedia che non lo specifica in quanto all’arrivo nel chiedere ci hanno avvisati subito) soggiorno nell’ insieme che rifarei sicuramente. ”
