Hotel storici a Pian del sole

“It’s an old property with stairs and no way to carry your luggage but by lifting yourself. It’s okay we are hikers and able to carry our luggage but people with heart conditions will surely have issues accessing the stairs to reach the property and the villa we booked is just one room facing the lake at 3rd floor with old doors and bathroom is outside so is the kitchen. People are friendly till you reach the property and after that you are on your own 😊”

“Fantastic villa overlooking Lake Como. Our room, very spacious with a balcony overlooking the nearby catello and Lake Como.We used the shuttle for travel to and from the Villa which has set times. Kind and welcoming staff, Excellent restaurant next to the property and the supermarket not far away.Recommended for those who love a romantic and evocative holiday”

“The apartment was clean, comfortable & well equiped. Machno kindly got in some groceries for when we arrived. It is a great location...quiet, safe & good bus connections. Plenty of free parking close by. Recommend.”

“The location was perfect for public transport - an easy flat walk from the train station and a short walk to the ferries. The flat has a beautiful view of the lake and access to a private beach. Aspects of the flat are a little tired, the taps in the kitchen move around, the shower needs the shelves repairing and mould removing. The air con in the main living area was appreciated and the check-in instructions were prompt and clear. Overall it was a good flat but with a bit of maintenance it...

In die Stadt benötigt man so 20 Minuten One-Way (bergrunter ;-)).

I sigg.

Comunque esperienza positiva.”

“The description of the property was accurate. The communication from the host was excellent. It’s a decent little 1 bedroom with a partial lake view, and the price is appropriate for the location on Lake Como.”

“This little attic apartment is in a great location, a 5 minute walk to the train station and right next to the Bellano ferry stop, as well as cafes and restaurants. There was plenty of hot water so great for showers. However, the beds were very uncomfortable. I slept on the pull out couch and there were bars under every conceivable pressure point on my body, while my cousin slept in the bedroom and said that it was also very uncomfortable. I think the couch would be fine for a small child, but...

“It was very clean and Roberta was very responsive . There were a lot of information in the unit about what to do in Bellagio . She was also very helpful with any questions we had. I loved a location . 20 minute walk to center so we weren't in the middle of the crowd. Also a very cute bar a minute away what one could have a late dinner and a very cute coffee shop steps away for an amazing coffee. I will definitely come to Roberta's place when I come back to Bellagio”

“Spectacular place to stay. Sergio was very accommodating…met us upon arrival to give us a little history of the building, made sure we had everything we needed and went on his way. It’s truly as beautiful as the photos. And what a cool trap door (you’ll have to go and stay to see what I mean ;-). Had a wonderful bathroom, nice bar setup and great open space with panoramic views. You won’t be disappointed ”
