“Lovely, lovely. The proprietors and cook are friendly and considerate. There are many interesting features in the home, its decor, and the gardens. Our room (the Belvedere) was spacious—bedroom with sitting area, bathroom, living room with sitting area. The delicious breakfast was multiple courses and served on authentic heirloom quality dishes. The surrounding village, forest, and lakes are beautiful. A magical stay.”

“Villa Ingeborg is a true gem. We didn't expect such a nice villa/hotel in Fürstenberg - a village in the countryside. The large house is fully remodelled, and looks like it was recently done. The hostess is super friendly and welcoming. She greeted us immedeately on our entry into her villa. Yes, she lives there. Our room on the top floor was spotless. The bed comfortable and the sheets superb. Private shower with toiletries. And the included breakfast! Wholly makarel. Soo good and plentiful....

“Good spot. Breakfast is great! Convenient check in options for check in after reception hours. No 24/7 front desk. Didn't have a kettle or silverware in the room but ot was no problem getting some from the staff. Very friendly! The pillows were pretty bad, super soft with feathers and no other options in the room. Pillows and the two single mattresses instead of one big one would be my only complaint. But also standard for Germany and personal preference.”

“Die sehr ruhige Lage zwischen dem breiten und schmalen Luzin, das Zimmer (wir haben übrigens ein kostenfreies Upgrade erhalten) und das sehr freundliche Personal haben uns sehr gut gefallen, prima Frühstücksbuffet und hochwertige Speisen. Schön wäre noch eine Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer, aber den Platz direkt am See ist natürlich auch eine schöne Alternative. Wir haben unseren 3-Tage Aufenthalt wirklich genossen.”
