“Casa molto bella, isolata e tranquilla. Paga la posizione un po' infelice sotto i cavalcavia dell'autostrada e il tratto (ripido) di strada da fare a piedi per raggiungere il mare e il paese. Aria condizionata ok! Consiglierei al gentile proprietario (sempre disponibile) di installare una doccia esterna per "pulizia post spiaggia" onde evitare di portarsi i sassi in casa! Sarebbe stato molto gradito anche un barbecue esterno, vista la disponibilità di spazio! Esperienza comunque molto positiva!”

There are some wineries within 35 min. by car. and you can bike to the closest village, there is even a Lidl 20 min by car from the house. There are some nice board games in the house. “We are a family group of 19 people, 3 generations are represented with ages from 81 to 14 years old. We use to meet 2 or 3 times a year. We are coming from 3 different countries in Europe. The house il perfect to host this kind of event. The bed rooms are exactly as we wanted. The kitchen dinning room is enormous and perfectly equipped. Michael was extremely helpful providing us with ideas for what to do during our trip and answering any questions we had. He connected us with a local chef to do a cooking class and dinner at the house that was a great time. The house was a perfect size for our group and close to everything in the region via car. “We have enjoyed our stay very much. The villa is located wonderful in the mountains above Spotorno and Finale Ligure. The villa is well equipped, but everything is there for (just) 10 persons once. A small draw back is that you do not have good protection against moscitos at the windows, that’s why you need to keep the windows closed in the late afternoon and evening, making some of the bedrooms quite warm/ hot.
