La Felice offers a large modern kitchen, fully equipped and large enough to serve 12 people. Or better still organize a private chef to prepare your meals for you, enjoying an evening off and have someone else prepare your Lake Como meal!
The dining area in the veranda seats 12, there are also ample table and chairs for al fresco eating too.
The living areas in the veranda and tv room offer relaxing corners to enjoy a movie or just spend time with your family.
Wine tasting in our renovated Cantina could be easly organised and could be a perfect evening event, enjoy a wine tasting lesson along with some great food. Ask us for more info!
The upper floors are 3 in total; the bedrooms are 6 in total all with en-suite bathrooms and Queen size beds.

Room Sant'Anna - Two singles beds (up to request the beds can be made as a double deb) en-suite with shower.

Mansarda Tre Terre - It has a balcony with lake view, double bed and en bathroom with bath tub, there is also another second double bed.
