"Very bad. We had booked four nights, but as soon as we arrived (due to a canceled return flight), we asked to cancel the last night. No understanding. So we asked to exchange the cost of the last night we didn't stay for additional hotel services. No way. They said hotels.com and Expedia should take care of it, not them. Truly awful. Just as awful as hotels.com and Expedia. Two real disappointments. They didn't cover anything. A terrible experience."

"Very clean hotel, spacious room, extremely friendly staff. They helped me get my coat back from the Beijing-X'ian train, they were really special (especially the girl at the reception who spoke English). Good breakfast."
